The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The room was poorly designed. The mattress uncomfortable. Bathroom inconvenient. Elevator location weird. The walls paper thin. Doors squeaky. Could here neighbor coming in and out. Other neighbor pounding headboard against the wall having sex. I always thought that this place would be nicer inside judging by how nice and big it was from the outside. Sorry not happy and wont recommend.

The front desk check-in was not a happy guy at all. He was young but not friendly. I requested a balcony. Didn't happen. It was our anniversary and I would have paid more on top of our already 500.00 Asked for a cart and he said we could get one on the other side where we parked. Hilarious. There was nothing. Not one in sight the 3 days we were there. The girl who worked the bar on Friday night was great!!! She made our stay better. Then we had to ask a girl at the front end something the next day, the same demeanor. Not friendly. The buffet breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly and nice. The outside view was beautiful. We are mountain residents as well, just lower down the mountain and we love BB. We will not stay here again but thank you to the girl at the bar and the breakfast staff for making it at least a 3 out of 5 at the Hilton. Next time, we will try down the street where our friends stayed.

The room we stayed in was ok, basic room with king bed. Room was a bit small, no water for the coffee maker, it did have a fridge and microwave. The pool was closed, breakfast buffet was ok, the omelette station was good.

Very nice hotel and convenient to shopping and dining

Stephanie at the front desk was AMAZING! Super friendly. Very knowledgeable. Very kind. The Inn was cozy and friendly. Great location. Was disappointed that the spa wasn't working and the pool wasn't heated.

Enjoyed the charismatic of the hotel. Rooms looked like photos online. Great customer service and friendly staff. Location and walking distance to food and shops. Parking lot is big enough to park boats too! We will definitely be back.

Nice property Unfortunately the heat didn’t work in pool and spa

This place is a complete dump. I stayed here three nights while I was working in town, just needed a place to stay. Looks like tweaker alley to me. The staff is ok, but there was no trash can in the room, I asked for one two different times, never got one. One pillow on the bed. No extra pillows or bedding. The towels are made for midgets. There is black hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom. The bedding was stained or just dirty. Floors are dirty. The AC worked good, but noisy. The tv only works with an internet connection. The last day, there internet was down, so no tv. I will never stay here again.

Pool was cold and had bugs in it. Jacuzzi was closed. Restaurant and bar werent open. But the Location is perfect. Staff is friendly. Rooms are nice and clean.

The property was in a great place to walk around from. Quiet during the night. Spa was closed, restaurant was closed. Location was beautiful. Front desk staff was rude, very rude, every time. Just set the tone or your vacation when the person greeting you is so negative.

The hotel had everything we needed. A resteranut and bar, game room for the kids and a kid friendly pool made this trip so great! The location is absolutely amazing! Everything you need for a great Big Bear trip is right there.

Didn't get handed any room keys at check in. Staff person at check in didn't appear very invested in his role. Pillows in room too soft - they just became flat wherever your head was. A/C very noisy. Great location though 2 min walk to village.

Had bugs in our room. Watched the spa deck get cleaned by a brush using spa water and the spa as a mopping bucket. Exposed wires near the spa. Game room had some games working. Restaurant was closed.

This hotel is located within walking distance to the Village Shops and restaraunts. Snow Summit is 10 minute drive away. We had a great time just walking to the village and exploring.

The jacuzzi was cold

The property looks like it would be really great and fun when fully staffed, but it was really one disappointment after another. The room we reserved wasn’t available without explanation, so they gave us another without any compensation for the issue. Then they didn’t give us enough breakfast vouchers and I had to ask for more. The restaurant wasn’t open outside of breakfast, which wasn’t disclosed before reservation or at check in. We booked this hotel for the restaurant and bar on site and were so disappointed. Service was terrible all around. The staff were all very inexperienced and did not speak English. Some of them were nice and we navigated the language barrier, but the front desk staff were down right rude. We will be back to big bear, but will not be back to this hotel.

The first room they assigned us, there were still people inside. The 2nd room we didn’t realize until the late evening that the AC wasn’t working and they moved us around midnight to another room where it was semi working enough to keep us cool and then later saw in the restroom that the bottle of body wash was missing. Also, if you opt for the breakfast you need to get the voucher from the receptionist to give to the staff. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient and that would be the only reason I’d book this place again.

This place needs a remodel. The landscaping is almost all concrete and the planters outside of the patios are just weeds. The room was really soiled the carpets are dirtier than my garage floor. Pool area was like a old motel 6
