Room was amazing. Staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating from check in to check out. Cannot fault our stay. Thank you for making our weekend relaxed and enjoyable. We will be back :)

Handy location for the centre of Tauranga but the road works are terrible. Room was a great size.

Amazing hotel. Had everything we needed even heated towel rack.decaf coffee and sweetener. Only problem was construction work so maybe check how that is going before booking

I have never needed to rebook parking space at a hotel.. until staying at Hotel on Devonport. When we checked in and enquired about parking was told it’s fully booked. We eventually found an available parking spot down the street a bit. Hotel was amazing but the stress of parking was a real let down.

Property is in a great location. Close to all the restaurants . Walking distance. There’s a sheltered carpark for $10’a night which is pretty reasonable .

Close to everything. No room service for food other than breakfast.

Tidy hotel with reasonable sized room and bathroom. Convenient to main shopping and dining areas of city. Easy access parking a bonus.

Hotel was great and so were the staff.

When booking we looked for a Hotel with a restaurant and the EXPEIDIA BOOKING and the Hotel website that I accessed separately both showed more than one restaurant and other facilities. In the event the restaurants and lounge areas were being renovated so we were in a set of rooms with NO facilities and worse it was a building site with hammers and drills from 7 am. There were apologies but no help insisting that the website would have told us all of this.... IT does not. The room was fine - but the room breakfast was not good (we ate breakfast out on day 2 and got better in a a cheap cafe) ... A very misleading organisation - and no offer of any recompense. AND unable to find a contact no to discuss with EXPEDIA - we may not use expedia again.

What a fantastic stay . This would have to be the most awesome place to stay in Tauranga . Spotless and some of the most softest and comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on . Right in the middle of town and close to everything . We will definitely be back . Outstanding .

Excellent hotel in a great location in Tauranga. Not much to do in Tauranga but if you find yourself there, then this hotel is a gem - excellent quality and condition and really good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

So very pleasantly surprised! Room was immaculate and well-appointed including robes, coffee, tea and toiletries. A lovely little balcony to catch the afternoon sun. Secured free parking. Close to many restaurants and a quick Uber to many others. Would highly recommend.

Great stay

Nuce room, nice harbour view.

The Hotel on Devonport doesn’t seem like a hotel. The person at the desk was nice but once she gave us our key, that was it. I asked for ice and she told me I needed to go to the liquor store to buy some. There is no room service so I had to go pick up dinner. We had one of the waterfront rooms which was nice enough but the balcony looks out on construction with a small bay behind it. The hotel is also not in Taranga but in a suburb. The condos next door, on the same hall we were, had construction going on which started promptly at 8:00 am. From the description on Hotels.com, I expected a nice hotel on the harbor in the city and with the price, that should have been what I got. I do not recommend this hotel.

The team are so friendly and responsive, I felt well looked after when I stayed. The property is also smart and well designed. It was easy for us to find our way around. The room was very comfortable, in particular there was fantastic water pressure! The location is convenient near all the shops and walking distance to the bus station. There is construction next door to the property and our room faced it so we didn't use the balcony, but I didn't find it disrupted our sleep. It's our second stay and I'm sure not our last.

We are touring New Zealand’s North and South and this is an excellent hotel if you’re looking to go up the Mount. It’s not silly money, it’s not far away from anything, the parking is great, safe and secure and the rooms are wonderful Harbour side. We would stay again
