Excellent location!! Awesome staff and Byrd the shuttle driver was friendly, hysterical and always on time. This hotel is walkable to both stadiums, great bars and very cool stores. It was myself & my sister alone and we walked all over & felt safe.

Our receptionist was amazing! She helped my wife and I find a comfortable room for our honeymoon because we had to get our two young children earlier than we planned. Jamila R went above and beyond for us, by giving us a gift for being newlyweds. She made sure we were well accommodated during our stay.

Check in was great; however, property is need of upgrades. Ice machine on floor made noise but was in obvious disrepair. In my room, HVAC unit made terrible noises as it ran in auto mode. It was very nerve wrecking as it came on in the middle of the night with extremely loud motor sound.

Great hotel with friendly staff & convenient location.

This hotel is in a really really convenient place for people that want to go to baseball games at PNC park. I think their prices for the rooms are competitive although I think that they do gouge the public by charging $27 for parking. But in a metropolitan area around a sports venue I guess that's not out of line. I had asked for a room with a shower that had a grab bar in it and in order to get that I had to get an accessible room. Which was fine but I think for safety sake every single bathroom in all hotels the shower should have a grab bar. The population is getting older all the time and their chances of falling increases. The other thing I noticed is that the bed skirt on the bed was dragging on the floor by about 6 in on one side and short about that same amount on the other side. There was no waste basket in the bathroom, I think for hotel with the prices that you pay I think that they should have a little bit more attention to detail. I also ate in their restaurant and I would say the meal was average and the price of $31 I thought was excessive. But I knew that up front. I mentioned to somebody that the chicken was very dry that the salad was served at the same time as the entree which usually the salad is served first and then the entree. The staff that served me was very good she did a nice job. But all in all I guess over the years staying in many many hotels some wonderfully wonderfully decorated all of the accessibility things perfectly done and food very good.

Amazing location for PNC Park activities. Nice clean room that our family of four that includes two teens could share comfortably. Highly recommend!!

There are two employees I would like to highlight, who made our stay extra memorable. First, upon check in, there was one young woman checking people in and answering the phone. By herself. Her name was Mykiesha (and I apologize if that is spelled wrong). She was amazing. Multitasking but still caring. She quickly checked people in with a big smile and it all felt very genuine. She was fantastic as a front desk person and I feel she really represented the welcoming environment Marriott wants perceived by customers. Next was the young woman running the breakfast service, Timika. She was a literal ray of sunshine and if I woke up and got to talk to her every morning, I would never have a bad day. What a kind, caring, and positive person. She made my breakfast extra enjoyable and I could tell other guests were really gravitating to her compassionate energy. The staff here really has made this stay memorable. The hotel room was nice. The location was great. The staff were exceptional.

It was excellent. Clean rooms, friendly staff, everything we wanted to do was walkable.
