The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable rates and excellent service. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. They have a fully equipped gym, steam room, sauna, and a rooftop swimming pool. There is also an amazing rooftop lounge called TRIBE, love the 360 degree views. The other restaurant is 24 hours open called Terra Bistro, the foods top notch. The breakfast served there is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The place has everything you need, and definitely recommend this place if you’re in Dhaka!

The room was clean & specious. Food was exceptiona,l specially the complimentary buffet breakfast, what was full of different subcontinent dishes. Also very much greatful to the staffs whome are taking care of me from checkin to checkout. Recomend to stay in Platinim Grand.

The service was terrible. I had asked for towel three times, didn't arrive at the room. Later on that day asked for a tissue box two times, it didn't arrive. The worst part is, a room service guy entered in the room in the morning. I didn't put the laundry sign in front of my room so there was no point to ring or enter in the room, but he did. The front desk apologised, but they said to respond to that later on and will also inform me about that, but I didn't receive any mail or call. Overall, TERRIBLY POOR stuff and management, slightly overpriced compared to what they offer, there are better hotels around. Location was good though.

Starting front the front desk to room service plus the location great experience. Have to mention loved there door man service very much. I requested for an early check in plus late check out which helped me big time. I’m looking forward to stay there near future. Five star service 😊

The staff were great and went out of their way to help us. It is located in a great location with good restaurants and bars nearby. The restaurant provides 24 hour room service and has a rooftop bar that is really well decorated.

The room was not very clean; I found a discarded old slipper underneath my bed. The bathroom tiles are really unattractive and had yellow stains. The view is that of a neighbouring building three/four feet away.

Friendly and helpful staff, large size room, prompt service, nice rooftop pool and bar/restaurant, good commercial area of Dhaka, proximity to the airport (30 minutes drive), tasty food (asian & western).

Drinks at the rooftop bar are overpriced
