We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for exploring the island. Maho beach was easy to get to and there was a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance. The resort has its own beach, but there is also a nice beach we frequented at Buccaneer restaurant. The resort also included a tour office and dive shop. If we are back in the area, we'll definitely stay there again! Damaged roads are a part of life on the island, but I would expect them to be somewhat better maintained on the resort grounds.

This is our favorite hotel resort in St.Maarten! We stayed here many times and will continue to do so. They have everything you need

My safe was not working well when I arrived. I had to ask maintenance to make it work,. Two times after that i had the same problem. I had to ask for bathtowels during 3 days because the person that had to do the room, on 3 ocassions had forgotten to put enough clean towels in the room. The roads at the premises are abominable, full of craters on the road. The many stairs we had to climb each time were disgusting.

Superb destination. Clean and friendly staff Al over. Wonder ocean side room. Private Beach is relaxing and beach bar has good food and drinks. Breakfast is also delicious. I'd definitely do it again.

After months of searching for a hotel to stay at in st Maarten, I selected this one. It was my husband, 2 kids and myself. Upon arrival, which was 10 am, I was told that we could not be facilitated with early check in despite requesting beforehand through the website. Also, it was raining heavily and nobody takes you to your rooms, you just need to go find it. The rooms are not closeby so walking in the rain, searching for a room was not fun. Also, the water was pooled in the corridors and nobody came and mopped them up so it’s very easy to slip. In the apartment, The TVs are very old and very small where you actually see fuzzy as they might be coming to their end soon. They didn’t work well enough to be watched and with kids that’s definitely a con. All in all, the other parts of the room was comfortable and clean. Lastly, I also had to check out at 10 am even thought my flight was 6 pm despite also requesting a late checkout beforehand. The staff was friendly and it was all in all an okay experience.

I was caught up in the Delta fiasco and flight was cancelled and never made it . I had protection insurance but the hotel said they didn't have anything to do with what happened with Delta so no refund .

I like the private beach and my room was really good love the fact the it had its own kitchen. Cell phone service not so good.

The beach/bay is nice and convenient. Multiple pools. The only thing that was missing was live entertainment and a hot tub. The resort shuttles were very convenient and timely. The room we stayed in was located at the top of the hill. The inclines were steep and the shuttle service really helped. The staff was very friendly. Steven Prevay was awesome with checking us in, very speedy! Our flight left in the evening and check out is at 10am. Manager Francesco allowed us to checkout at noon. He also advised that we could still utilize the resort amenities until we left for the airport, to which was awesome of him. Shuttle driver Stephen Harry was extremely friendly and full of information. The resort was conveniently located near the strip. The supermarket onsite at the resort (Pelican Foods Supermarket) was extremely overpriced. The supermarkets on the outskirts were more affordable, but still overpriced. The room had a full kitchen with oven, microwave and completely stocked with pans, dishes, silverware, and etc. Overall very lovely and I would return again.

We had issues with our AC from day 1. After a couple calls maintenance came checked it, claimed it was fixed but it did the same thing basically the entire time we were there. The internet was the same....very spotty the entire trip. Apparently an upgraded package could be bought but we weren't made aware of this at check in. I've stayed here on two prior occasions and had none of these issues listed above.

The night life ends to early

Room was spotless with modern touches. Everything was in very good shape, from the furniture all the way to the cutlery. The resort is spread over multiple buildings with some public roads in between them. But it's all close by and safe. We opted for the daily breakfast buffet which was superb with seating outside by the water or inside if you prefer air conditioning. The beach area is quite nice. Good stretch of sand as well as a rocky area to the side which allowed for snorkeling. The beach bar makes good snacks and drinks and friendly waiters come by frequently to ask if you need anything. Very happy with our stay and would definitely go back. This resort is a very good base to visit the great island of St Martin.

The buffet breakfast need a wider option on the menu especially for vegans and vegetarians

We absolutely love the place and will stay there again and again. 3 things need to be addressed. 1. The roads within the facility are horrendous and in desperate need of repair.2. The elevators are extremely hot. The shafts need to be air conditioned. 3. One of the pools needs to be topless optional. Other than these items. Place is a jewel

The property was comfortable

We really enjoyed this trip. However, it was our first time staying at this resort and we were not aware about different buildings as Expedia doesn't show the map and our building was on the top of hill. Besides that our trip was wonderful and our kids enjoy this stay.

I did not receive the room I booked. Though they told us the building was an upgrade, the room did not feel so. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay as always.

It has all we needed in one resort

The bathroom needs ventilation but overall the resort was very nice. I enjoyed my stay.

The internet in my room was in and out for most of my stay and during the night, the refrigerator kept making a weird noise, startling me from my sleep. I also heard the generator for most of the night from my room. Wouldn’t recommend an end room again.

The variety of pools and restaurants were great. Staff and security was amazing. Resort itself was perfectly maintained and operated beautifully. I would recommend to anyone and definitely come back.
