We called for extra towels 4x with no response; the bathroom configuration made it difficult for more than one person to be in there; $70 fee for parking per night!!

It’s a very good hotel. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, water pressure and temperature at the shower is very good. Bed is very good and comfortable.

It was perfect for a 3 night visit to DC for a couple of seniors (as in old vs high schoolers) Outstanding service and a good location for places we wanted to visit. Added bonus was the Farmers’ Market in the City Center Square. We really appreciated the breakfast and happy hour and the on site restaurant. Our suite was pet friendly and a little the worse for wear but worked fine for us. Picky we are not!

Hotel was beautiful. Very clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. $60 a night for valet parking, absolutely ridiculous!!!

This place is amazing we stayed there to go to a concert. Will definitely stay there anytime in DC.

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean. It is in walking distance of the Capital One Arena as well as several museums, dining, and shopping locations.

Great customer service

The Embassy Suites Convention Center was very quiet once we were in our room, despite many families staying there.We heard absolutely nothing, even though our room was close to the elevator. The AC was strange. We could only turn it on or off. We could not select temperature or fan speed. Perhaps it needs to be replaced with a newer model. The meals were great (2 breakfasts, one dinner) The “grab and go” is a nice feature. My sister and I were very comfortable there and decided that the hotel was in a convenient location.

All good, only complaint is traffic noises at night

I have stayed at other Embassy Suites in the past so I was looking forward to a comfortable stay. However I was disappointed The stay started off on the wrong foot upon checking in. The weekend staff was not professional and seemed almost bothered that I interrupted their socialization to check us in. I was not given any information about the hotel in regards to breakfast and such. Our room lacked any literature about the hotel. Therefore I consulted their website. According to their website breakfast is served 6:30-10:30. However when I entered the dinning area at 9:45 am Monday morning I was told breakfast ended at 9:30. Frustrated I asked the front desk about the hours and explained my disappointment. The clerk was unsympathetic and suggested I check out Starbucks across the street. I will not be staying at Embassy Suits for my future travels.

Usually upon checking in, the quest is informed of parking, what time breakfast is, pool hours etc. This did not happen. I had to keep asking questions. The desk clerk just seemed bored and in a hurry. Parking options should be clearer on the website. It cost much more than expected. The room was mostly quiet except for a whining dog in the morning.

We arrived on friday evening and there were no towels or washclothes, no big deal because we called down and had them bring us some within 30 minutes. Its a family of 4. The next day we lesve out and house cleaning comes in removes all the towels/wash rags and doesnt replace them. We come back that evening after being out all day and we all need to shower but to our mismay there are no towels and wahs rags. I called house cleaning literally 7 times from the room phone and no one answers. I called down to the front desk 4 times and some one kept picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. The 5th phone call someone answers and says theyll bring the 4 sets of rags up to our room. 4 HOURS go by and it is now midnight and we have no towels. I walked down to the front desk to question them and they apologise and say the towels will be up in less than 10 minutes..... Next thing i know Im waking up at 10:15 the next morning with... you quessed it, NO TOWELS OR WASHRAGS! And check out is at 11am. I could overlook all this but the fact i had my wife and kids crying about not being able to bath properly before bed is unacceptable. During checkout the front desk had all new staffing and had no answer for me as to what occurred. This was completely unprofessional. I wont be staying here again.

Beautiful, modern hotel, nice city view, comfortable beds, convenient location and most importantly hotel staff and valets were highly attentive and professional. Made us feel like we were staying at a 5-star hotel in NYC!
