Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very convenient location. I was able to park directly in front of my room. I felt safe in the area. Cute, no frills accommodations. Good value.

This was a cute little room with one of the most comfortable beds ever! Perfect sized room for a few nights. I was able to walk to the Historic district in half the time it would have taken to drive on a crowded night, and didn't have to deal with parking (1.2 miles). Super friendly staff at reception. Great Thai place a few blocks away too! Loved this place and would recommend! Super clean room too!

We had a wonderful stay at The Cozy Inn! I am very picky when it comes to american hotels/inns, but we were happily surprised by this gem. We had the St Augustine room, nr 33.

- Beautiful walk to downtown, we went by the beautiful Magnolia Avenue on our walks.
- Loved the hard floors (feels cleaner).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Inn! We received a free upgrade to one of their recently updated townhouse units which was great and gave us some extra space with the living room downstairs. The unit was clean and had a full kitchen including dishes and cookware. The Cozy Inn is obviously an older facility, but provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Simple, comfy, and definitely cozy. The site is easily walkable to the downtown historic area and we felt safe walking late at night.

The Cozy Inn is an outstanding inexpensive hotel. The single rooms are cute, but tiny. We stayed in a suite, which was well appointed and still very cute. The staff are extremely friendly. Be aware, it is a bit of a walk to the historic quarter. Doable, but not short. A great choice for a relatively inexpensive and unique stay in St Augustine!

As a local resident of St Augustine, I been driving by this Inn for years. I had a family guest come into town and they wanted to stay downtown. We already had other guests at our house so I needed to find somewhere for him to stay. I remembered the cozy Inn and made a call and they had availability. Once we picked him up after his stay. All he could say were wonderful things about the end. He said it had everything he needed. And he look forward to coming back in a couple years and wants to stay at the same place. I helped check him in when you arrive and I also went to his room and it was exactly like it says cozy.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider it again in the future. The Honeymoon suite was reasonably priced for it's size.
My only gripe was that the door lock was finicky. I'd suggest management should look into getting a new door knob as I had trouble getting it to unlock with the keys.

It was like a great apartment with a full size kitchen in a beautiful, convenient part of historic St. Augustine. The staff was very helpful when asking a few questions about restaurants and they helped a lot with our late checkout request.

My Granddaughter stayed in a suite year before. Decided I would try it out. Did Not disappoint. Loved you could walk to Old Time Trolley ride all around then walk back to motel grab your car and quickly drive downtown to your places of interest. Motel is CLEAN QUITE and yes Cozy. Staff is very nice. Nothing negative to say.

We stayed in the king honeymoon suite, which had all the comforts of home. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Bed was a bit firm for our taste and walls were not soundproofed as described as we were awakened by dog barking in adjaceny room, however overall very positive experience. Garden tub was an extra bonus, but was slippery. Would stay here again.

This property was an older place, but obviously well-cared for, and was exactly as advertised by the owners. The bed was very comfortable, but I would have preferred having a variety of pillows. There were four on the bed, but all very firm and thick. It would be nice to have a mix for those who find it easier to sleep with a softer option.

We had a lovely stay at the Cozy Inn. We were there one night to attend the Easter Vigil. The room was charming and had all of the amenities we needed. The bed was comfy and bath linens were plush. Thank you for the delightful accommodations. We highly recommend.

Our room was a queen standard with a small frig and microwave, small table with 2 chairs. Quaint with southern charm, but quite small. The office staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the historic district downtown.
