A little distance from central attractions. Convenient to freeway access

Good standard hotel, easy to park and get into downtown Salt Lake City. Friendly and helpful staff.

We liked the complimentary breakfast and free parking, but the hotel needs a refresh. Also, the immediate neighborhood seemed sketchy.

I liked it it gave me everything I needed, but I hate the usual cheap delivered Cisco premade breakfast

All 5 stars EXCEPT the room charges. We paid $199 / night for 3 nights (2 rooms). After making the reservation I decided to extend the reservation one more night (2 rooms). My father (91 yrs old, retired Veteran, disabled, etc) should have been offered some type of discounts (none were offered). The billing for the two rooms / 3 nights was $199 / night each as I previously mentioned. The billing rate for the extra night (2 rooms) was $134 / per room. I felt uneasy about asking the front desk to analyze and correct that discrepency ... But I feel that they should have proactively offered a correction (if one was available). We had planned this trip for Dad to be able to visit his childhood roots in the SLC, Roy, Logan area of Utah. This may be the last trip he is able to make because of his failing health and mobility challenges. We came to SLC from Albuquerque, NM. We had a wonderful 3 days and created some wonderful memories!

It was just ok - noisy at night and our room wasn’t cleaned

We stayed here before catching a red-eye flight home with two kids. We were impressed by the size and cleanliness of our room. The staff were so helpful and kind taking care of our luggage so we could wait the hours for the airport shuttle by the pool and patio. They made this part of our trip so easy. I have nothing but praise for our stay!

Clean and quiet.

Front desk staff was very nice, hotel and room needed to be deep cleaned, room curtains were stained and dirty. Carpet was very duty. Room size very small.

Lots of homeless in and around parking lot

Need too request straight black tea from front desk, which they provided, but should have been available with the assortment of other specialty tea.

Very nice property, the staff really went out of their way to take care of everyone. The room was huge and really comfy. They have an airport shuttle included which I appreciated and the drivers were safe and courteous. Breakfast, a pool and within walking distance of many downtown SLC amenities.

Great price and perfect for our needs.

Limited breakfast but all in all the other amenities and comfortable beds are great for the price.
