Great hotel. As advertised.

It was a nice stay! It would be 5* if there were signs for pool, breakfast, spa, etc. Also, during rush hour and weekend, it was difficult for finding uber.

We loved this place! it’s is a beautiful hotel to stay and in a great location. We had a family room - very spacious with a large bathroom. It was very quiet with no noise from the city. Pool and terrace area was lovely, very clean with lots of friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent - something to suit everyone. My daughter is coeliac and had no concerns or issues with the food. Restaurant staff very informed and took great care of her. We will definitely be returning here again.

A great hotel. We loved the room and the fact that there is a second door to the bedroom to avoid noise. Staff was truly friendly and caring. One evening, we came back from our tour and the whole hallway to the room smelled extremely strongly to marijuana. We don't care what people smoke or not, but for any families with children this was just not right. We informed the hotel staff and they promptly took action to identify the source, remove it and vent the space back to normal. The rest of the evenings the problem was gone. Last, but not least, the breakfast buffet is great with many options including delicious local ones and traditional ones like pancakes. We did not get to go to the Spa, but would definitely do it in a future trip.

The hotel is great and we’d happily stay again however…… - there a great terrace on the 6th for but no drinks / food up there and no music. It’s a great design and comfort so surprising that nothing is up there in terms of entertainment. - the pool is fine for a city hotel however if it were open till say 9pm it would be much better. - the room was very comfortable but I requested single beds for my kids but they couldn’t accommodate so had to sleep in a double. Admittedly the double bed was massive so issues but still…… The rest - food very good. Drinks very good. Area in and around the pool and eating area very good. Cleanliness fantastic. Bathroom size along with fixtures and fittings are 5*. Room size and comfort very good. Location is perfect. 5* in that aspect.

Great location

We book a Family Room (two double beds) but was given a Deluxe Double Room without notice at check in. To stay in the same room, I booked the deluxe double room for one more nigh. Then the front desk said the room had been booked for another incoming family and I must move to another room. I have to called hotels.com and showed them the website. Do not recommend this hotel, although it has nice location.

The location is great and close to most attractions. However, we have concerns of cleanliness. There are blood stains in the blanket of one bed. We called the front desk. The manager came over and said sorry but housekeeping was off and he just gave us a new blanket to change. If you stay there be sure to check the blanket after check in. Will not stay there again!

Amazing clean friendly place to stay near playa Catalonia and La rambla. No complaints. Loved the triple room and bathroom. Very clean. Only downside no view from our room but that’s okay as we were in the center of city as soon as we come out.

It had a good location, had good breakfast and the family room was large. However, it was really a corporate conference-type hotel, which I didn't pick up from the photos; there were large groups of younger travellers around the pool drinking most of the day, and the pool itself was murky. There was limited staff at times, so we had to wait 30 minutes to put our bags in the baggage room, etc. Overall, it was generally fine, but it was a different type of hotel than I had imagined.

Nice Property, the thing that bothered me the most is the noise level at all times of the day.Also, when you come to Barcelona, expect to pay for everything, even the water in your room. Otherwise, the staff and hotel were nice for the price.

Didn't like the pool being murky, the staff being unfriendly, the wait for check in.

Clean rooms, bathrooms were fully functional in terms of water flow, temperature control, proper drainage in the shower area (as opposed to showering in a puddle when the drainage is slow). Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is close to La Rambla and Catalonia and Plaça de Catalunya.

Amazing pool area and great location.

This hotel was near everything - dinning, la Boquería, clubs. The staff was very nice and the room was bigger than expected.

Spacious clean rooms. Has a pool good to cool down during the hot weather. We had a small hiccup due to checkin and security issue, but overall well-managed and explained by the staff.

The pool area is lovely and a nice place to sit in the evening is the vanguard terrace. Not many people used it as there was no bar. Hotel is well placed but we didn’t care for the area around it. It was dirty with rubbish on the streets which smelled.

The management team is not professional. I paid for three beds room and requested in the notes for two twin sofabed and one crib. However, there were only two beds when I entered into the room, I called the front desk, they said they will set up another bed for me. When I come back from dinner, there is no third bed. We called again, they said because nobody is in the room. They will send the bed now. But later, they called and said there is no roll able bed available in the hotel. They offered another room, but it was 10pm, and I have unpacked things and with two kids. We checked the room offered, it's in the basement. Overall, we didn't choose the other room. When I talked to the manager the next day, she first tried to blame me that I put 2 adults and one baby, so they didn't know we need a third bed. That's a lie and I paid for three beds. It has nothing with a crib request. Overall, the management team is so not professional and played blame game, not friendly.

Staff extremely helpful & kind giving helpful advice on where to eat out in the area and offering to upgrade us for my son’s birthday
