I’ve been to Paris numerous time but I have to say this experience beats every other hands down. Sonia at the front desk was exceptional!! I was feeling a little unwell when we arrived and she took care of me like a friend would. The staff here are absolutely fantastic!! The hotel itself is within walking distance of the Louvre and the hop on off bus. The rooms are really spacious, beds are really comfortable and amenities are awesome! There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and it always felt safe, day or night. If you’re staying in Paris, look no further. This is the best!

Very clean. Room for the 5 of us was big for European rooms. Beds super comfy. Close to the the hot spots in Paris.

Friendly staff

Lovely and helpful staff. Good room and bath size. Cleaned every day with fresh towels. A rug or two on floors would add a lot. Also should have anti-slip mat in bath, shower.

Rooms were clean, hotel staff friendly and helpful, and double room suites for family were spacious! Very close to a lot within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel, centrally located, near the Louvre and Pont Neuf, with good breakfast and great restaurants on the doorstep. Rooms were very comfortable with fully functioning air con. Staff were very helpful and attentive, I will be back

Great hotel overall, location is excellent and many restaurants and bakeries within a few minutes walking! Rooms were good size for a family of two adults and two kids, and we had a connecting room for our two grandparents which worked great! Bath was good overall - but our bathtub drain didn’t drain and we had zero shampoo and zero body wash for some reason …

Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were very welcoming and helped us when needed. The room itself was charming and updated. We would stay again on next visit to Paris.

The staff, from the front desk to the cleaners are all top notch and attentive. The location is fantastic and encourages walking, for ten days, our two daughters walked more than 18,000 steps per day around the city and did not complain, this is when they normally walk less than 6,000 a day! Couldn't ask for a better place to introduce the children to Paris.

The staff were outstanding, especially Emil! Breakfast and bar staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms were comfortable and clean amd the location was great!

Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Not a 4-star. More like 3-3.5. Poorly designed shower: no door or curtain so the water always splashes on the floor.

The staff is amazing! They were helpful and all their dinner suggestions were on point. The location was perfect. 3 blocks from the Louvre and we were close to amazing dinner spots everywhere. The hotel room was quiet and we only heard neighbors a couple of times and never heard any street traffic. Cannot recommend them enough, would stay there again!

The hotel is located in an excellent area. There are many restaurants and shopping options all around the hotel. Very close to the Louvre, within walking distance. What I didn’t like is the location of the room. We were in the basement which was next to the sauna so the hallway was always very humid.

Clean & convenience

Our excellent experience started the second we entered this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and funny! She was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were early for check in so they took our luggage for us and then showed us exactly where to go to grab delicious pastries! Then we received a text that our rooms were ready 2 hours before check in! Awesome! The hotel itself is in an excellent location, near the Louvre, Seine River, so many restaurants and shops. It was incredibly clean and updated. Breakfast was delicious and the staff made us feel welcome every second we were there. I travel a lot and this was the best hotel experience I’ve had in years. Highly recommend!!

The staff was so helpful with directions, recommendations, calling taxis, etc. Very friendly staff. The rooms are very large for Europe standards. The location is great and convenient to many areas of Paris with a metro stop across the street.
