Excellent property and value for money, good rooms. Bathroom and bed. Excellent breakfast options. Centrally located and safe. Hotel is keep in great condition.

The location of this hotel was fabulous. The space was lovely, breakfast was good, the lobby is great. I wish the weather had been warm enough to use the beautiful pool. Unfortunately, the internet was not great. I kept getting kicked off and the inconsistency was very frustrating.

The breakfast was excellent, the hotel is newly built and very modern, and it was very good for the price I was paying. Easy check-in and check-out. Very near to the beach and the bus stand. Staff is very nice. Improvements: Some basics like a kettle were missing in the room, the only issue with our stay was that people in our neighboring room were very chatty at 7 am, and we could hear every thing from our room which disturbed our sleep as well.

The issue was that you relocate me to a hotel with less quality and less *** that i contracted

Right in the city centre, close to everything. Daily houskeeping, clean environment, nice pool area, friendly and polite staff. Breakfast and dinner is good with quite a lot of options. Can be a bit noisy. Would stay here again!

Interesting option by price and center location

The food was horrible. Maids annoyed us five times a day when we were trying to sleep. No A/C the safe doesnt have a lock and no mini fridge. The rooms are tiny and in general its just a horrible hotel would not recommend to anyone. Only good thing is the location which makes you not want to spend a second at this over priced hotel.

Cheap ! wouldnt recommend eating there . Rooms are good enough considering price ok of you not spending much time there. Is pretty central to everything. Staff are friendly enough apart from maybe the girl that was on the bar .

You dont have enough space to write truly about this horror hotel...This place is not safe, I have to call security and next morning Police came to the hotel to get rid of the 2 guys, who take drugs and smoke and drink plus aggressive, I was worry about my and my 10-year-old son safety!!!! That is not the place for kids..run away as far as posible.We get food poison 2x in one week...also as a bonus, you get the bed bugs.The staff at reception desk have a very basic level of English.Was no introductions about rules of the hotel.I dont get the room what I have paid for...Now rooms.Our first room was like the shoe box it was so small and stinks horrible and it was on the 5 the floor....I have to mention I booked all inclusive double or triple with pool view, but of course we didnt get what I paid for...second attempt to change the room ended on the First floor but with a noisy street view...Rooms dont have air con. no TV, no phone, no side lamp...old and stinky wardrobe. The only one person who truly cares about Guest was Anna..and I really feel sorry for her to work in that kind of place.Hold on I forgot to add that staff in the bar was too busy drinking and smoking and spending time on the phones to serve customers, plus you have to bring back PLASTIC cups back...but I thought it was bar staff job!!! They only pretend to work while Tall and bold guy shows up and I think that he was kind of boss or something...another way they have better holidays that actually customers.
