Outdated, needs good cleaning and care

Very clean, cute pool of the weather was warmer, updated and modern, beautiful foyer and courtyard, breakfast was the best and I'd compare it to the Ritz in NOLA. We will ALWAYS stay here when we're traveling I75/95 South.

Absolutely terrible. Smoking by door, wait at counter, lack of communication, dirty, elevator broken, over charged, food order inaccurate, credit card questions, credit card gone for 10 minutes, loud pounding on the door at 10:40 P.M., non employee solicitations dubious services, fight in hallway 1:49 A.M. police called, no sleep, afraid to leave until daylight, no breakfast voucher, extra charge for breakfast, we left without a proper breakfast to get the help out!!!!

The elevator is a little slow and the check in was okay. Good for one night.

What a time to be alive! The most beautiful spectacular stay at a hotel in a while. The room was very clean and comforting. The hotel was very quiet and accommodating. The surrounding area felt very safe and the staff were very polite! Overall great stay, will be returning in the near future!

The hotel cleaning staff did not speak english, ask for fresh towels several time and the cleaning lady just stared and smiled?? I had to ask front desk. The carpet in my room was dirty and felt damp!
The smoke alarm went off several times during my stay late night, very annoying !!
The restaurant had many issues with supplies, claims dishwasher broken, so served meals in plastic-ware, no lettuce or bottled water (truck didnt deliver) no receipt copy, the printer broken!!

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was in a nice location with plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

The hotel was great. However there was a problem with check in. They never received the reservation from hotels.com
I was online with your rep Kevin and he was very helpful and did all he could to try to help. However we could not resolve the issue and he had to refund my reservation and I had to book directly with hotel at a slightly higher cost. They just so happen to have another room available thankfully. Again your rep was great and the Holiday Inn receptionist Liz was great as well. It was just one of those things. It was a good Hotel stay.

While we were trying to wind down for the night and in bed a fire alarm was pulled and the hotel staff said nothing to the guests about the issue! No statements about what happened or when to go back to your rooms!

The elevators were so so slow the pool super cold and way too much like bleach. The stuff from the breakfast are so rude my husband went with my daughter to have breakfast and they didn’t let him eat because he didn’t have a ticket and he was going to pay with card like we did a day before but they did not let him.

Convenient location near Atlanta Airport and friendly staff very responsive to correct missing items and have the room ready. The properties however need update, the carpet is beyond worn out and no ventilation in the bathroom.

Requesting a Refund. Awful. Elevator button on 5th broken. No linens for sofa bed. No access to Linnens. No Applicable Housekeeping Staff at Front Desk. No answer at front desk via telephone. ONE staff member for whole Hotel -3rd shift.

I was a bit taken back as the call button for the 5th floor elevator on the left side of the lobby did not work at all. There was no notice that it was out of order, and I had to report it to the staff. With the button coming away from the wall and no indicator light working, one would have thought this was a no brainer to make note of. A bit surprised at the price, breakfast was an additional charge.

Kind, professional courteous staff at front desk and restaurant. Rooms were immaculate, beds incredibly comfortable and breakfast selection was excellent - hot food fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

ORBITZ FALSELY ADVERTISED AMENITIES!! No Hot Tub & pool did not have a permit for public use! Very dissapointed all around, when you book a hotel for those specific amenities and you get there after a 10 hour drive!
