I was happy to see Full Service hotel and ordered breakfast in room. It was ok and fairly hot, but came in a plastic. Microwave type container and a paper bag.
Eggs were cooked to order, the rest iffy.

I had a Good experience the rooms were Nice and modern looking. Big bed, Big TV nice bathroom with good lighting. Has a gym, Pool and other stuff. The only issue I had was the Bathroom shower head not working but As soon as I said something to the main desk they insisted on giving me another room which was Nice. And WiFi not being Free although I could have just read the Information on it wrongly. Overall 5/5 I enjoyed my time here!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They were extremely accommodating and allowed late check out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Carmel.

This was a nice hotel. Clean, Quiet, Starbucks in lobby, & comfy bedding.

The room seemed recently renovated and had all of the essentials. The mini-fridge was a bit beat up, missing one of the legs and requiring some effort to close the door, but it worked okay otherwise. There was a little mixup with the billing on checkout, but the clerk said they fixed it. Will monitor the credit card to make sure that’s the case.

The man helping us at the front desk was super nice. He noticed my husband’s birthday was a few day prior and gave him a voucher for a birthday drink from the bar. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a walk in shower that was beautiful and the the perfect lit mirror for makeup

Location of property wss great. Rooms were clean and beds were good. Great water pressure and breakfast was good.

Tv didn’t work- maintenance came by quickly to try and fix it. Found a solution and then it worked. It was very glitchy though- we ended up turning it off.
Otherwise, room was clean. Not worth the weekend price we paid though. It was outrageous.

The manager had cero customer service skills . I explained the issue, but basically he was unable to provide some source of solution. Will not stay there again .

I was not pleased by the encounter I had with the night desk attendant. She was EXTREMELY rude, very unpleasant. She made the check in experience a lot worse than it needed to be. I was told I was asking too many questions, and she was blatantly disrespectful with eye rolling and smart remarks. She made for a horrible experience. Once we actually made it to our room after all the confusion, the accomodations were nice. I wish we could have had a smoother transaction.
