Always a very nice stay. Very good value for the price. The place is spotless and updated. The elevators are fast. The lobby is great, they flavored water is a very nice complementary treat. The front staff is very prompt and welcoming. I stay here everytime I come to town.

We love the location of this hotel. Close to the Galleria shopping area and all the area offers. Very easy to get to and from.

Our family always enjoys staying at the Bloomington Hilton. Even with the construction on 494, we found it easy to get to and the free parking is a great benefit! The hotel is always super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We were advised upon arrival that the only airport shuttles available the next morning were 6 am or 9am even though the shuttle is supposed to run every hour. We were forced to take the 6 am even though much earlier than we would have liked. The reason given for the lack of service between 6-9 am was a group staying at the hotel had reserved the shuttle bus to take them to a non airport location. Very disappointing. If the shuttle is booked for something other than scheduled airport transport an alternative should be offered to and from to airport.

The staff were very hospitable and friendly. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds and the hotel shuttle was extremely convenient with amazing drivers! Thank you for a great experience, wish it was a longer stay!

Overall good stay for our Labor Day getaway. Only issue was there tub was stopped up and supposed to be fixed while we were out. We came back to our room with water still in the tub HOWEVER I called the front desk again and maintenance came right up and fixed the issue.

A one night stay Checked in after 6 Staff very courteous Air conditioning in the hallways was very cold and uncomfortable without a jacket. Parking limited due to a wedding and ramp blocked off to no entrance Finally found a space after someone backed out and left. The food was very good in The Olive We will surely stay there again.

The staff responded very fast to our worries that the AC in our room wasn't working. They couldn't fix it fast so they changed our room to one with a working air unit. Staff was pleasant and nice.

The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in at this price point. The rooms were clean and well-stocked, the staff was friendly, and the hotel restaurant and lounge were very nice and convenient. We will definitely be back!

I had a flight cancellation. Booked last minute. Just know that you need to call them for the shuttle as it does not do roundabout runs normally. Schedule the shuttle the night before (they leave on the top of hour).

Nice hotel. It was a busy night and there was quite a bit of noise overnight, but we enjoyed the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. There aren't microwaves in the rooms, we needed to go up one floor to use the public microwave next to the ice machine. There were two public microwaves in the entire hotel. I found that odd, but it worked for us.
