Other than the roach, which caused us to request a room change, the hotel was ideal.

Customer service pretty good. Nobody was rude and all helpful. I just never received house keeping. I stayed in two different rooms and both need some serious deep clean

Good place to stay!

No hot water and the hotel Know prior To taking reservation. Then the front desk guy was completely rude. Being on the road and hoping for a hot shower and good night sleep is little to ask and this completely failed

This was just a stopover to stay between bacation spots. The hotel looked dated and worn. It was clean and confortable, but could use a refresh on the carpet and decor.

Great stay

Room had awkward lay out. Could not access room door with bathroom door open and closet was uncomfortably accessible under same condition. Closet doors were in need of repair/maintenance. Mirrored sliding doors that were not in their proper "track" that made them feel as though they were going to fall when moved. Bed was harder than most and hot water was non-existent. Not HOT hot water, plain ole hot water. Hate a cold shower at 5am. Stairs from upper floors discharge to the parking lot. Cannot take stairs to lobby. With only 1 operable elevator (2nd is still suffering from supply chain issues) that is R E A L Y slow, stairs to the lobby would be nice. $8.99 for continental breakfast is more than a little dated and frankly insulting. On the plus side, the Entire staff was AMAZING. Super friendly and customer service oriented. They were probably the most enjoyable part of my stay.

One elevator was out. Took longer to go downstairs. Eventually parked in back and walked up and down the stairs.

The property has a bit of a musty humid smell. People were helpful and friendly. Felt like the property might have been flooded with the smell.

Breakfast not included with room. 18.95 for the same included breakfast at a comparably priced and rated area hotel was over the top. I’ll stay at the other one next time

Clean bathroom- great customer service- plenty of towels- offered a nice bar- room smelled great- overall a great stay!

This is a nice clean hotel to stay for business or pleasure , the staff is good with everything you need and want, I enjoyed my stay and will come back again
