Excellent place to rest our heads while we explored southern Maine!

The beds are not terribly uncomfortable but the pillows are very lumpy. It was not particularly hot outside but the room was very warm and the air conditioner continually turned on and off all night but the room never really cooled down. The walls are paper thin and we were ground level so we heard every person who walked by and our next door neighbor had kids that started talking very loudly very early in the morning and the sound came right through the wall like they were in the room with us. Also our room had huge carpenter ants. staff came and sprayed around the door but we continued to find them in our room. They have coffee and tea but they did not have any dairy free creamer options. Although the location is great to walk out to the water and the staff was all very nice I would not stay here again.

Helpful staff and clean.

The sheets and pillowcases were worn and did not look or feel clean. An investment in bedding is really needed. When walking on the floors our feet showed dirt and it felt gritty on the arrival. Window air conditioners were as loud as the train. Luckily the ceiling fan kept us comfortable.

The staff were very welcoming! The patio is great to enjoy a morning coffee looking at the beach. And the beach is inches away! The walls are a bit tin, so there is a bit of noises, but nothing awful as the guests were respectful.

The room was very clean and in great condition. There was plenty of room in the sink area for our toiletries. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

It was a very comfortable room. The property had gorgeous flowers everywhere. The pool was very clean . The path to the beach was right behind the property. It was a great place to stay and I will go back.

Incredibly clean, friendly staff, a few steps to the beach. What more can you ask for. Daily housekeeping provided. Parking on site. 8 minute walk to the pier for everything you need that old orchard beach has to offer. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We were in room 21 with Panaromic view, it was amazing. Room had fireplace which was nice touch. By the beach.

This facility was great! Hospitality was excellent! Rooms were nice and bright and beachy. The only thing I could say negative is that the pool water was a bit green and not very inviting. Our room was at the sun deck so it could get a bit loud as everyone sat up there and hung out, but it was a nice place to just come out and sit in rocking chairs or at the table and play games!

We really enjoyed our time! It was a perfect quiet oasis, but still near enough to the chaos of OOB. The staff was amazing!

Within walking distance (less than 10min) to the pier, amusement park and dining options. Property was clean, rooms were clean. They did say if you stay 4 or more nights then full housekeeping is provided halfway through the stay, but that didn’t happen so that’s why I gave it 4 stars. Staff were super nice and helpful anytime we needed anything. The heated pool was also closed one day for chemical imbalances which was a bummer, since it was a little too chilly for the beach one day. The beach is right off of the parking lot which was the best part of the stay. I also liked the guaranteed parking space, it alleviated a lot of stress about parking. The grocery store is also within a 10min drive so that was good to stock up on fruit and breakfast essentials for the hotel room. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for my family, walkable to beach, the pier, and “downtown” area..

Everything was great!

The distance to the beach is what you’re paying for. The rooms are ok, dated appliances and worn areas but clean. Clear they are trying to appear updated with shiplap and paint. Close to all the happenings of downtown OOB. Beautifully close to the beach. Probably won’t return for the price point relative to the accommodations but it seems standard for the area.
