The staff were gracious and kind, even though we were high needs guests (roll away bed, additional bedding, food deliveries, etc.). Every detail of the property will well maintained, and every person working here made our very tired family feel welcomed and safe.

Asked for a room away from the elevator and was assigned a room right by the elevator.

Check out is at 12pm however, the house keeper knocked at my door at 9am. I told her to go away but she knocked again. Again I told her to leave. The lady then opened my door and entered my room. I asked what her problem was she said they have to check the room to see if I had checked out. I told her I told her to go away and she said she still has to enter. I get getting a jump start on cleaning rooms but I did not feel safe.

I looked up to make sure they were pet friendly.. it said it was for Cats and Dogs!... However, when we arrived they refused us because we had a cat. I fully paid for this room! Get it together. Its hard enough traveling for hours. . Looking these hotels up... making sure everything is right and then to get turned away because they lied on their ABOUT profile! You've lost our business Holiday Inn. Never again!

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff was super helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and that coffee was available all day.

The room fan kept shutting off inspite of our setting it to run constantly. I know that setting is often overriden by hotel management, but we could have used the white noise. Also the alarm clock was set to 24 hour time and was several hours slow even after we set it to the correct time. Other than that, a good stay.

The pictures showed the room I booked having 2 queens and a pull out sofa. We were traveling as a family and we’re trying to make it so the kid that was sick don’t have to sleep with someone else. After checking in we found the room didn’t have the couch and were told we couldn’t get a roll away bed either. We made it work, but it was a little frustrating

We’ve stayed at this holiday inn express for years as we have family in Ontario. It has gone down hill over the last 2-3 years. We used to love staying there. It’s now noticeably worn down and dirty. Hotel was hot and muggy. The sleep inn across the freeway is where we’ll stay going forward as there aren’t a lot of options in Ontario but IHG is falling behind Hilton. We stayed at the IHG in Boise with a terrible experience there too. Don’t waste your money on IHG. They charge well over $200 a night and it’s filthy and run down.

Decent room, clean, had a couch. Nice hotel. Don’t stay in Ontario if you hate pot as it reeks like it everywhere. The entire town smells like poop as well. Won’t ever stay in Ontario again. Not the hotels fault though.

Check in was great. House keeping did not make up our room, when asked about it person at counter was rude. Bed was worn out. Dogs barking early in the morning and when they met other dogs in the hallway.

The lady who checked us in was so amazingly friendly and helpful! Hot tub was HOT! Great change from past traveling and cold hot tubs (not this hotel, others) Breakfast was delicious and loved the variety! 😁

The bathroom could have used a little more attention, but the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the free, hot breakfast, definitely a bonus. We will recommend and will book again.

Great place to stay with your family! My family of 6 fits just great in the queen suite. We appreciated having the linens for the food out bed ready for us in the closet. Breakfast is pretty great- pool is small but we had fun nonetheless!
