Hotel is in serious need of some updates. Room was mostly iodated and clean, but elevator and hallways left a bit to be desired. Got breakfast just before 9:00 and "hot" water was cold, do oatmeal was a no-go.

This hotel met all our expectations. Pool & hot tub were great, breakfast was simple and filling but excellent variety. Room was clean, beds comfy, air/heat/fan worked perfectly, and staff were friendly and accommodating!

In today's world, more Breakfast selections for the free Breakfast would had been nice. I also think that Hotels in general should offer more Gluten-Free options for people who have celiac.

Room was clean and staff were very responsive to requests.
The room had a foul, musty smell when we arrived and did not have a coffee pot. Staff (Ruby) was informed of missing coffee pot. Staff provided air freshener which helped some but did not correct whatever was causing it.

This property was okay. The carpet needs to be replaced and general upkeep is not great, however, the pool and breakfast were great. Pur bed was comfy and we utilized laundry, so that was nice. The location is great.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast food was fair. When I crawled into bed that night, I jumped back out as a two earwigs in the bed. The towels also needed to be replaced as they were super thin.

The first room had a bad smell. The second room was great, with friendly and great service. There was no hot water the first morning. Overall, still a good experience.

I came to Ontario to see my Father and have stayed here for the last 4-5 years. Place is fine but could use some updating. Carpets, showers., molding.. Staff was very friendly and would stay again..

Bathroom sink was not working properly, No drinking water at the cafeteria, hot tub not working, orange juice was bad quality and only juice to drink, coffee taste terrible. Bed was comfortable.

Everything looked clean, and everything worked. Only downside of my visit was upon checkout, when I asked for a receipt. I was told since I booked it online, it will be emailed to me. Good grief, I need to turn a written copy in. Is it too much to let me verify..while I am there... what I was charged, and provide me a paper receipt? Not impressed!!!
