I had a terrible experience in terms of the room. I was unable to adjust the air conditioning's fan which was so loud. I asked to change room which they happily did, but the next room I wouldn't even turn the air off so it was noisy and too cold! Those portable units are horribly noise for someone who has extremely acute hearing - wearing earplugs did not help at all.

Things seemed pretty clean, including the beds. However, there were a lot of minor issues that added up to a feeling of annoyance and disappointment. The hot tub, which was the main reason we chose this hotel, wasn’t available. The pool was also closed for the season. In the room, the TV and phone weren’t working. After the front desk person came to the room, she was able to get the TV to work, but the connection was bad, and the image was frequently pixelated. The phone was not fixed. Overall, it was okay, and some of these issues will be temporary, but it was a disappointing visit.

Just stayed for 1 night while traveling home from a vacation. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint was the person in the room next to us had their TV turned up loud until about 1 AM but that’s not the hotels fault.

We stay here every other year two nights and were extremely pleased at the new dog friendly side with room access to outside yard. The room updates were also very nice, large TV, nice boutique style soaps, lotions, shampoo, etc so as not to waste all the small plastic bottles.

This hotel had no elevator. The only rooms available were on the 2nd floor. I am not wheelchair bound but am a disabled veteran with very bad knees. The luggage carts were useless with no elevator so I had to carry our bags up the stairs. The TV didn’t work in the room. It was powered on but unresponsive with the remote. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work either. I walked back down the stairs and they replaced the batteries in the remote. I walked back up the stairs and the tv was still unresponsive with the remote. I walked back downstairs as the phone did’t work. This time, I was able to convince the manager to check for herself. Once she verified that I wasn’t incompetent, she put us in another room on the 2nd floor so I carried all our luggage to the new room. There are no luggage carts on the 2nd floor as there is no elevator. By the end of all of this, I was in a lot of pain and could barely walk. There was just a pipe sticking out of the wall where the ice machine is supposed to be. Picture included. To top it off, there was no complimentary breakfast! I have never been to a Holiday Inn with no complimentary breakfast. We had the option of paying the hotel $15 to eat in the attached restaurant. If this is what the Holiday Inn is becoming, I will definitely not be staying at one again.

This was a great experience. The motel was easy to locate by GPS The check in was welcoming. Tiffany was very helpful with the automatic drapes in our room. We didnt know how to close the drape. Tiffany came to our room to help us. 2 of us were traveling together. There was 1 chair in the room. Chloe, a housekeeper went to the pool area and brought us an extra chair. She even wiped the chair down before she delivered it to our room. The room was spacious and well lighted. The bed was comfortable The bathroom was large The Country Kitchen restaurant at the hotel served delicious breakfast. I had a coupon from the hotel to use at the restaurant. I enjoyed my stay

Pleasant folks and clean room

Nice place to stay overnight. No other comments to provide. Breakfast next door was excellent.

The staff was amazing. We had a pet friendly room that was spotless and smelled wonderful. Best hotel breakfast ever. You order off an expansive menu and great service. Will definitely be staying here regularly on our trips.
