The property was family friendly, and the staff was courteous and responsive. However, there were many issues with the stay including leakage in the rooms, slow service in the restaurant, among others - that took away from the overall experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Travelled with my mom who needs wheel chair and the whole property is wheel chair friendly and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Food is delicious and there a lot of options.

No hand towels, no tissues.
On asking for mini bar items, they said no consumption so they don’t keep mini bar.
On ordering room service, no cutlery or extra Bowls were sent. No salad or condiments sent with the Indian food.
We were not given late check out due to entire hotel being booked for an event, however availability was there for all rooms online.

Excellent property for a holiday or corporate event. F&B is the best and names to mention - Sonu, Abhishek, Manoj Kandar, Gaurav and others. Scores on ambience, privacy, courtesy, wide food options - local and international and above all good service.

Amazing property, The rooms were very spacious and we'll maintained. the bathroom had the bath tub. The swimming pool is gorgeous however due to restrictions it was closed. Breakfast had a good variety.

My fair comment: the room amenities are done well but the whole overall hotel fall short of a real international 5 stars standard.The breakfast was short with little varieties of choices of food. Being near the beach, surprisingly the hotel cut cost on seafood dishes. The Hotel restaurant Verandah serve pancake but we cannot find honey which it took them ages to bring some to us.The staff around the hotel don't greet guests when they see them. The staff in general are not really friendly except only for the team in Concierge who are quite on the ball and the housekeeping who are responsive. The hotel toilets are not really clean, the corners are with fungus.

Service at all the restaurants was pathetic. Even though restaurants were not crowded, they took a long time to bring our food. I had to follow up with them three-four times before we got our food. There is a mosquito problem at the property, so we had to keep our balcony doors closed at all times. The mosquito racket and mosquito repellent in the room were not working. Even after calling the lobby, they did not provide replacement that night. The bathroom was smelly when we first entered the room, which they fixed with the help of a freshner the next day.

IT WAS A NICE STAY BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE WALLS OF THE ROOM ARE SO THIN AND NOT INSULATED THAT EVEN NORMAL TALKING IN THE ROOMS IS HEARD TO NEIGHBORING ROOMS AND ON HOLIDAY WE COULD NOT TALK WITH THE FRIENDS INSIDE OUR ROOM AS LOW LEVEL TALKS WOULD DISTURB THE NEIGHBOR AND THEY WOULD COMPLAIN

Stay was very pleasant. Good service. Rooms are well maintained. Food in the restaurant is above average but expensive. We took our vehicle and had valet and free parking onsite. Overall a good place to stay. It's a 15 drive to either of the beaches ( Alibaug and varsoli ) from the hotel

Service in restaurants and bar was poor, wrong orders and later orders on 4 out of 5 occasions. Complained to restaurant manager at the time, and at check out. Acknowledged and a very small discount given. However this spoiled our whole experience.
