As soon as we walked in to our room, there was a smell of mildew. When I called to see if there was a room we could move to, the front desk person did not empathize or apologize, and when I asked for another room, he accommodated, however the available room would not suit our needs.

The only positive about our stay here was the gentleman at the front desk. Our first room was in terrible shape. Broken lamp fixture, curtains were partially torn off the track, the microwave had not been wiped down, and towels that were starting to fall apart. Every light source had a different lightbulb giving off different temperatures of light and the room was tiny with oddly tall ceilings. The front desk attendant was very kind and moved us to a different room which was in better repair and cleaner, however I would not stay here again.

The front desk staff at check in was friendly and welcoming. Continental Breakfast has great options, coffee available downstairs with extra pods to take back to your room. Clean, comfortable accommodations.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was dirty, the curtains hung down from the rod, you couldn’t close the middle section of the window, so light streamed in, and you could hear everything outside the window. The phone was broke, there was water all over the counter in the bathroom for no apparent reason. I had reserved three rooms and they all smelled terrible. The pool and hot tub were very dirty, and there was a floating chlorine tab in the pool, which is hazardous to swimmers, not to mention the pool is extremely small. My children were not comfortable in the pool so we didn’t even use it. We left as early as possible because we didn’t want to stay in the disgusting smelly hotel any longer than we had to. The smell was so bad it almost made us vomit. Do not stay here.

Hotel staff were great. The room had some damage to the tub surround in the bathroom, making it seem a little dingy. The air conditioner made this super annoying repetitive pinging noise all night. Beds were pretty comfy. Breakfast was great. Nice hot tub.

This place has very friendly and done to earth employees, it was a little sad that since breakfast was till nine the kitchen started clearing it out at 845. Otherwise thank you for providing a clean and friendly and easy checkin and stay

We were given a room that was either still occupied or had not been cleaned. Given a new room and the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned.

The Columbia, MO, Fairfield had an easy check in process and the desk attendant was helpful when the room AC unit did not work properly.

Their were stains on the bathroom walls, bathroom towels had stains, found a vug in the shower. Doors wouldnt lock correctly which resulted in the person staying besiide me trying to get thrir door closed and locked for over an hour at 12:30am in the morning.

The guy at the front desk was amazing, but when we got to our room the Ac didn't work...so he quickly moved us to another room and then the lock didn't work right...wow i thought we were in trouble here, but the deck guy was very helpful. The stay was a good stay!

Ants were found in our bathrooms and in the bedroom area. Bathroom floor and walls were not clean and the headboards were covered in dust. Overall the hotel has a good aesthetic, but once you start looking closer it’s evident that things are simply being covered. For $120 per night, I expect better.

Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was awesome. Our room was clean and beds comfortable The guest laundry was nice, the washers were $2 a load with free dryers although one dryer was broken. The room door had to be pulled shut or it wouldn’t latch and the bathroom door would shut but couldn’t be pulled enough to latch. The shower water pressure good. We can’t comment on breakfast as we decided not to eat there went next door to Cracker Barrel

The hotel is nice, bed was comfy, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The ONLY thing I would have liked is better lighting in the bathroom or lights around the mirror in the bedroom, and a full mirror. Spent the night for a holiday party, had a difficult time due to lighting and not having a full length mirror in the room. Otherwise, it was great.

The first room they sent us to, hadn't been cleaned yet. They had a glitch in their system. The second room was great. Clean, plenty of space for the 3 of us. We enjoyed our stay. The desk staff was very helpful and apologetic about the mix up.
