Great spot just off the autostrada. I’ve stayed a couple of times when making the long drive South. With walking distance of the town centre AND most importantly they allow pets

The room was surprisingly quiet with the shutters closed. We didn’t know the area and when we asked at reception, were given no helpful information about where we could find a place to eat as it was 9pm on a Saturday night. We ended up at a very average diner style restaurant. The next day we discovered that Beune town centre was situated quite close in the other direction with amazing places to eat and drink. This was disappointing as we felt we had wasted an opportunity to see a beautiful town with amazing history.

We could not get internet or WiFi in our rooms because we were told they were too far from the source. We had to go down the hall to use it. Also we only had 4 channels on tv. We were very disappointed in the hotel. Rooms are too small

Rang the emergency number only to get a recorded message. Fortunately one guest had gone out for a takeout and his wife let us, along with several other guests, in (but we had waited over 20 mins). The next day the staff told me I hadnt rung the right number (so I showed them my call log) & then said I hadnt been putting the right code number in. Several guests came to my support so they had to concede the lock was faulty and said they would look into why my calls hadnt been answered.It is very noisy and if you shut the windows, the ac is unacceptably loud.

Overall this was a reasonable hotel but was in not very nice part of town. Service was good and very small rooms. No A/C and electricity was intermittent overnight which turned off the fan. Wi-fi was almost non-functional.

initial contact was good as we were early and they gave us our key. However, after that for our whole stay we had no WiFi, nor did the staff member seem to care. No lift. Bed fairly narrow.

On a pretty busy street leading into Beaune. You will need to drive downtown but it is nice and clean with a good breakfast.

Hotel Alesia is in a perfect location for exploring Beaune. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, it had a delightful garden and continental breakfast. The only drawback was that the bed was a bit hard but it was perfect for a 2 night stay on a budget.

We only stayed 1night but we had very spacious rooms. Be warned: no air-conditioning, so very stuffy with temperatures over 35 degrees C.

Third, the AC unit in the room was so old and worn that it produced the noise of a departing jet, so having it on at night was not an option, too. Fourth, the equipment is badly worn, adjusting shower temperature is almost impossible. The free parking is a nice bonus though, given the location and the distance to the city center is about a mile or so.

Nice small hotel with friendly staff, nice room, good wifi, parking available, shower wasn't great - but standard with most European hotels. Walking distance to center, 10-15min. Breakfast available though did not purchase.

The hotel was conveniently located and easily accessed. Room was very small and difficult for two people to move around without steping over each other. Breakfast buffed was suitable but, nothing memorable.

Very easyto find,helpful staff on arrival, our room was very hot but clean would recomend and would stay again

Room was comfortable size and so was bed. Shower was larger than most and also comfortable. Parking was secure and hotel was convenient for short drive to town center where parking was easily available. A little tricky to find since attached restaurant is in front and access road can be easily passed. Otherwise a very good value.

This is a lovely and fine hotel. Upon noticing my friends and I having many luggages, Sarah the receptionist gave us a room on the ground floor. She was amazing and attended to all our requests. This hotel is strategically located and there is a supermarket just opposite it. However, beware that the supermarket and most shops are closed on Sunday. The bathroom is spacious and the room is very comfortable.

Parking was too tight and the walk up stairs was tough, but the hotel was in a great location.

We only stayed the one night but our room was clean, the bathroom was clean and the bed and pillows were quite adequate. Parking was free and was gated so that was nice. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. Wifi was also good and free.

Staff was quite effective to understand restaurant options, pros and cons and connect for booking that later was a very good dinner experience. staff facilitated a lot this process.

I have just returned from a 3 week holiday travelling France & Spain staying at numerous hotels as I went along. I booked this hotel in the afternoon whilst travelling from Spain to Beaune, France on my way home. Because the reception is open in the afternoon between 16.00 & 22.00 (otherwise unmanned), they asked me if I could call the hotel at 21.00 to give them a more accurate time of arrival. The lady who owns the hotel speaks English & when I told her that I would be there around 23.00 she promptly told me 'NO NOISE OKAY'. I was then also told 'DON'T LET YOUR DOG GO ON TO THE BED'. This I felt was not a good start. When I got there I let myself in with the keycode. When I let myself in I couldn't believe how small the room was. I am 6 ft tall & weigh 19 st. Big I know but this room was so small it really was laughable. I looked in the bathroom & I had requested a room with a bath. This might have been mistaken as a bird bath because once again it was so small both lengthways & widthways. To make matters worse a protruding hand rail had been stuck on the side of the wall which makes you're space even more inhibited. The next morning I asked for a bigger room & was promptly told this was the biggest room. The room was very overpriced for what it was left a very bad memory of such a beautiful town. This is classed as a 3 star but I can honestly say is more towards the upper end of a 2 star. Please be careful if you are going to book here.

This was an ideal hotel for our overnight stop on a journey through France. Very close to the motorway but just a few minutes walk from the centre of Beaune. The welcome we received was exceptional - friendly and extremely courteous. Our room was not huge but it didn't need to be. It was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The proprietors are a charming couple who could not have been more hospitable or helpful. This is definitely a hotel we would be happy to return to.

Just be there before 10:30, we arrived after driving for 6 hours at 10:37 and the proprietress was in her robe, very unhappy, saying they "close" at 10:30... I had sent an email after booking saying we could be late, but didn't expect such a scolding upon arrival. Whatever, it was inexpensive and we only stayed one night. Small room and a nice, basic breakfast of croissants/jam/coffee/juice.

we stayed there for one night of our honeymoon and met the owners of the Hotel. The wife spoke good english but the husband could not speak english at all. THis did not matter at all, they went to so much trouble to make us welcome and comfortable, even chilling a bottle of wine we had bought and bringing it out to us in an ice bucket to sit and drink in their garden. Breakfast was lovely and again the husband could not do enough to ake sure we were happy. Probably not in the most ideal area, but the quality of service makes up for it.
