One of the nicer hotels at an affordable price range very near Orchard road.

Near to Singapore ‘s best attraction of orchard road in the quite and quality’s vicinity. But they have to change their some face towels because they were too old.

The breakfast is terrible, told them I will be leaving to catch my flight and need them to arrange the breakfast upon seated down. Despite numerous reminder, and after 30 mins I decided to walk away. The crew came apologising but I think they do not need my business. Never will I stay in this hotel again.

Staff made the stay an amazing experience

Only one thing wasn’t so good- one breakfast I ordered Chicken Congee and it was tepid. Like someone put the porridge in the microwave for 1 minute instead of 2 minutes. Still tasted good though. Other than that, everything else was as expected at The Quincy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included Breakfast that goes all the way to 2.30pm allows me to have it for lunch instead. Free flow of snacks n drinks at the cafe all day. However there isn’t any more potato chip/popcorn packets. You’ll have to use a takeaway coffee cup to collect nuts, Asian mix snacks, fruit n nut mix from their respective containers if you want to enjoy them in the room. Amenities in the room remain excellent. Including iron n ironing board. Wish the wall HDMI socket still functioned. But with the change in TVs, using the TV as a 2nd screen has been more challenging. But overall the city views are good, aircon is cold. Bed and pillows are comfy.

The Quincy Hotel is a delight! Staff were super helpful and friendly. My room was very well appointed with all-new furnishings. Bed was comfy-as. The breakfast was yummy. It was an easy 10-minute walk to the Paragon Shopping Center and the subway station.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful with a variety of Eastern and Western selections. The shower design was very strange in my room, seemingly designed to leak and difficult to access.

Front desk and restaurant staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Great value.

The hotel was good value for money. The glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom was a bit strange, until you find thblind. The staff were great but the reception staff including Michelle and Michelle K were exceptional.

Far away from the metro station. The fixed breakfast is quite awful. The waffles tasted like sand. They serve white bread, no cheese, limited fruits. I’d stay here for a day or two, not more.

Great location but the staff are rude

The staff was very kind and helpful! It was very quiet and comfortable, although the climb up the hill was a challenge.It was an enjoyable trip. I would use it again. Thank you very much!

As a regular visitor i can say with ease that this is one of the top hotels we have ever stayed at in Singapore. The staff are always friendly and polite at any time of day and from check in to check out always great to deal with. They are also helpful and knowledgeable in every regard and always make my partner and myself feel like VIP guests! The location is also amazing with a quick walk to Orchard road and also easy access to the mrt station. Agnes, Sharvin and Michelle thank you once again for exceeding expectations! Niche property in great part of city. A great 3/4 Star Hotel. Breakfast average. Staff really helpfull.

Great hotel, a bit worn out on maintenance. hotel was clean, and had a very comfortable bed and a large sized bathroom. I think a few more staff is needed for reception.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I had an enjoyable stay here,the hotel location is convenient to pargon and far east area,within walking distance. The all day lounge offer salad,tea,pastries to all guest.

The staff was friendly, the room spacious and clean , the facilities very nice . The area was quite but walkable to shopping and dining and public transportation

Our needs wasn’t met from beginning. We wished a room a bit higher but we didn’t get. First day there was nothing to breakfast, no toast, no butter, no cheese, coffee machine didn’t work. We asked but the staff was very rood. At last we got some bread with plain omelet on the plate. We used to come there years ago, last time 2019 and worked well. Now service and breakfast are terrible. The staff didn’t listen to our wishes. Check out today was very friendly with a lady in turquoise blouse in reception. We are not coming back.

The beds are not firm. Showing sag when sleeping. Also the pillow is thick causing neck ache for me. Thx

It was good

The staff is so helpful. The only thing different from our previous stays is that the food for the evening reception is miniscule. You might as well go to a restaurant for dinner instead of relying on the evening reception.
