The Lido is a little removed from Venice itself, and the waterbus across is novel, but takes a while and is a multi-stop service, costing 7-10€ per trip.

We reserved the Blue Lagoon Suite for our stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean. As we entered the apartment, we particularly enjoyed the nice smell inside (probably l'avança or orange blossom) and, of course, the breathtaking view over the city of Venice. This was wonderful! We also appreciated the service, especially the (optional) hearty breakfasts delivered directly at home. We'll certainly not forget our stay and will probably choose this residence again when we come back to Venice! A few warnings, though already mentioned in the conditions: - if you want to use the kitchen, you will have to pay an extra daily amount for this option - this is rather a bed & breakfast than a hotel, so you have no 24-hour service at the reception. In particular, mind the check-in hours: from 2pm to 9pm.

Wonderful property with incredible views of the lagoon and venice.The owners are charming and helful but not intrusive.We had the penthouse suite which has a stunning terrace and spectacular views.Short walk to the ferry dock and the main street of Lido

Wow, just wow!! Lido island is the perfect island across from Venice if you’re looking for some quiet time away from the city. We had driven to Venice from Florence so we had to take a ferry over to Lido which was SO much fun. Seeing Venice from the water is a must!! This property is immaculate! To every detail, you can see how much love has been given. Our one bedroom apartment was fully functional and came with every amenity needed including full kitchen and utensils. The shower was a triple shower head, very clean bathroom and even included a washer for your clothing. We loved our time here!!! Great host who was awesomely friendly and accommodating!

The view from the bedroom and the terrace on the top floor was amazing! Water taxi is a close walk.

Property is on the Island of Lido and it requires a short water taxi ride from the main attractions on San Marcos Island. It’s nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Local restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. The property is only a 5 miinute walk to the beautiful beach. And the is a water taxi that runs hourly from Lido to the international airport, 1 hour ride, $15 lira.

We stayed in the White Garden and it was the perfect place for us to spend our weeks holiday. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, though the bathroom is a little narrow for dealing with the kids, we soon got the hang of it! The effiecient air conditioning was very welcome in a sweltering Venice August and the outside space that you get with the White Garden was the perfect place to have a family breakfast, as well as giving valuable space for hanging out beach things (there is also a washing machine). The Oasis is less than 10 minutes stroll from the beach and about 15 minutes at kid speed from the vaparetto stop. We spent 3 days exploring Venice and 3 days hanging out on Lido going to the beach. The beach is so close that after a hot day in Venice itself, we could just pop down for a swim.It was such a perfect holiday that we could be tempted back!

Oasis Lagoon was an excellent choice for our visit to Venice. Very comfortable accommodations with kitchen and laundry. Beautiful outdoor garden. Easy access to Venice by water taxi. Nice beach and downtown area.

Loved the cute little kitchen and proximity to both the beach and vaporetto station. Quick walk to beach. I never did quite figure out the access to the bathrooms at the beach, but it was close enough to get to the apartment when needed. I was surprised how good the food was at the restaurant on the beach. Caprese salad was delicious...you have to dress the salad yourself but it was great. We are used to having more pillows than we had, but we never asked for more. I'm sure she would have given us more if we had asked. The apartment was extremely clean, which we appreciated. It was close to COOP grocery store (tiny) and a bigger one (OVS). The air conditioning in main bedroom great, but kids rooms warmer. First night they wanted to sleep in our room, but after that I think they had gotten used to the warmer temperature (we are from Canada and not used to heat). We loved it on Lido and would recommend to families and would recommend Oasis again! Thanks so much to owner for allowing us to stay in Top Garden! I even loved the tiny balcony! The location was ideal-within an easy walk of the ferries, restaurants, and beaches. The owner was absolutely lovely. The roof-top terrace has a view of Venice to die for. Every creature comfort was available.

To be honest, I don't have much pleasant experience in this hotel, not because of rooms and facility, actually the room is perfect, we ordered white garden which includes three bed rooms and one kitchen. it's great for a big family spending the long holiday. we ordered hotel in Lido because they can provide the free parking, but please be aware of the check in time, they only can accept the check in time during 2:00PM to 9:00 PM, and not accept the late check in. It's why I missed check-in time and need to find another one in Venice mainland. I can't blame the owner because it's my own fault to meet the terrible traffic, but I think it'd better to remind customer seriously that they can't accept the late check after 9:00PM, so that we can arrange the time more carefully.

Venice is so busy during the summer that getting away across to the Lido makes a lot of sense. The Oasis was great for our purposes. Roomy and comfortable but the air conditioner not quit up the job for the whole of the Blue Lagoon apartment.Owners very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful stay, and an excellent value for the price. The room (little suite, actually) was comfortably appointed, and spotlessly clean. The staff was great, and helped us out quite a lot. Strongly recommended.

Nice apartment for our family of five for three days. Great for getting away from the crowds but needed to take vaporettis to get to anywhere not on Lido. Still, decent tradeoff to have lots of space, quiet area and quaint neighborhood. Definitely would recommend.
