First off, checking into the hotel there was an unexpected $75 deposit fee that was not mentioned here online nor on their online website. The first room they gave us had a a strong smell of cigarettes and the room was supposed to be non-smoking. Also, this “hotel” has a total 0 generators or any backup electricity. On top of they do not allow any pets whatsoever even during a hurricane. But the owner was bidding for how much he could take from me for me dog to stay during hurricane Milton. The microwave wasn’t working in the room. This hotel only cares about money and not your safety or comfort. If you do not cancel 24 hours before your stay they WILL NOT give a refund. Please NEVER stay in the hotel on any occasion, especially during a hurricane.

Horrible place. 1st room had a strong cigarette odor, we switched to another room. This one had 2 towels, both were stained. ROACHES ! All over the room. We ended up leaving all our luggage in the car because of the bugs, also slept with the lights on hoping to deter them. At one point I killed one on the bed, then 2 on the floor. 1 got away all on my walk from the bed to the bathroom. There were many ppl hanging around the property, all of them were shady. My wife didn’t want to leave the room alone. Cars broken down all over the parking lot. Drink machines were sold out. All night we heard the folks outside partying, dogs barking, knocking noises. It wasn’t pleasant what so ever. We both didn’t sleep at all, we eventually checked out at 6am and slept in our rental car.

Just a 1 night stay. Hotel room did have roaches, I was also charged a deposit even tho the next day I found out they didn’t charge for deposits. Area gave that lock your doors and watch ur surroundings type. Hotel clerk didn’t talk much, quite didn’t seem happy. I wouldn’t recommend if ur staying longer then a couple days

The mattress had a huge stain like blood and the bed was small. Not like pictures.

Rooms was very nice, but had a bit of concern from staff at check in and checking out checking in my bill was already paid but was asked for a $deposit was not explained why was not told the wi-fi code was not told about any type of breakfast but I asked will my $dollars be refunded and was told yes so next day at checkout 10:55 am I turned key in and ask for refund I was told no receipt no refund I felt like I should have been told to keep the receipt, but I found it and the clerk said it doesn’t have amount written on top of receipt but the receipt clearly had that I was charged $and now it is 12 hours later and my refund is not back in my bank he claimed it will go back soon as her check me out I need my money back in my account I also ran into another lady that her whole refund did not go back into her account so I don’t trust them anymore, and also for three people we had 1 wash cloth and two towels and a hand towel and mat or we supposed to use it on all three of us I did go to the maid and get wash cloths and 2 more towels other than these things it can be a nice place to stay I will not revise until my $deposit is returned deposit was returned two days later maybe because Monday was a holiday

Hotel looks to have been redone recently. Rooms are nice. Looking but bugs. We only crashed for the night for the airport so it was a cost pick. The hotel charged us a different amount than online booking. And apparently that has been an issue from a note posted at the counter.

Night staff front desk nasty

The room smelled like damp; few towels and they didn't smell good. The bed sounded like something metal was breaking.

Staff was incredibly un welcoming and disengaged. He was on the phone the whole time and did not speak even one word to me. The room was cleaned well, hair on floors and the bedding was old stained and shaggy looking

They have roaches. And spiders

My day was for a quick night after working a double shift. The rooms basically were clean. However, I did see a critter in the bathroom. Probably nothing a quick extermination can't fix. Overall my stay was great. The lake in the back was a beautiful sight.

The building is beautiful. But the bug problem is crazy 😜

Old, dark , lots of garbage scattered, random people wandering, 2am someone attempted to break into our room. Smelled strong cigarette smoke and marijuanna bed sunk in and just overall felt very unsafe didn’t take my shoes off to walk on floor. After entering our room we were scared to exit until morning. We picked as close to airport fit early flight. The front desk girl was very sweet and accommodating. There was a beautiful lake behind property.

ROACHES I killed 6, told staff they need to spray and staff did not seem to care also toilet ran all night

This room was booked by my husband and I as a gesture of goodwill for an elderly, unhoused man that we have been working with to find housing. Hurricane Debby was on her way thru central Florida and we felt that he should not have to sleep outside during a hurricane. I booked the room and my husband picked our friend up and drove him to the hotel. When my husband arrived, the front desk clerk, Bella, could not have been nastier! She was in the middle of openly berating a fellow employee who was there to be trained. She begrudgingly accepted the reservation, but was angry because my husband wanted to add a night at the cost paid to Hotels.com and refused to offer any discount or adjusted price. She then informed my husband that he would have to wait 1 hour to check in unless he wanted to pay an early check in fee of $30.00 ( almost 1/2 the cost of the room for 1 hour!) She refused to allow our friend to wait for 1 hour in the lobby and told him to "go outside". We were already experiencing strong winds and rain, yet she could not find it in her heart to allow him to sit there for 1 hour! When my husband told her she was being calloused and rude she called the cops! We did not allow our friend to stay her and took him to another hotel that was friendly and accomodating. Avoid Bella the B at all costs!

It is a convenient drive from the Airport. But it’s not worth it. When my husband and I got there they gave us a room which was already occupied. Our second room was dirty and you could tell they didn’t change the pillow cases and sheets of the bed as there were stains. The building its self is very run down.

Has cockroaches, needs more cleaner towels Front desk needs more training.Morning Manager needs to not customer attitude about everything they say.

The staff need to be more respectful and the deposit need to be drop down to $50 instead of 75.00 and 100.00 there some fixing issues going on and roaches in the room everything is good so far

I didn't like everyone hanging out at night but overall It's ok.

I wasn’t able to check in the room. The area was very dangerous!! This hotel should not be listed. No safe lobby area.. there was a night window!! My daughter and I had to find another hotel where we felt safe!!

Clerk was not friendly even sometimes rude. Had bugs in the bathroom. Had to ask for extra towels. They should provide hair dryer for guest. Most motels do. The smoking area was by a river/swamp with signs to watch for alligators.

Staff was rude and unwilling to accommodate an extra stay.

Shower needs to be operational, did have to take a bath with bad knees. Wi-Fi needs to be extended to the rooms further away from the front, had my room switched to get reception. Noisy pool area and trash left outside some of the rooms. Wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel is not it! So many complaints I can’t fit them all here but find you somewhere else! As the manager told me “you get what you pay for” “next time go find some $200 room” smh he was very unprofessional and didn’t care about all the roaches in the room, roaches smashed on the walls, blood, seaman, and urine looking stains on the bed! (I have pictures I showed him) AC knob not attached so couldn’t turn off, lights not working JUST A MESS! run from this property

The room we were given was infested with roaches and spiders. They were on the bed on the towels and on the floor. If it wasn’t so late at night that we arrived I would’ve left to a different hotel. I asked for a different room and they did without hesitation apologize and upgraded our room to a bigger much cleaner room.
