This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! Our host was so accommodating and sweet and the building we stayed in was beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. This is the perfect place to stay for anyone visiting Prague!

As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe in the residence. Elena at the reception was most professional, kind and caring. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful property. It’s a home away from home. I will definitely be back again thank you again for everything.

500 year old property right in the middle of the lesser town area, at the foot of Prague castle. Good amenities and view in the room, and perfect for our weekend city break. Would stay again.

Excellent location in a 500 year old building. Very comfortable beds. Quiet area. Big rooms. However, there is no elevator and the building had a few stories. Moreover, there is no AC just fans. Finally there is a kitchenette with an old drip coffee machine but no creamer. I wish they had s Keurig or similar machine. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, we needed to ask. The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay if you like charming old buildings and want to live in a charming neighborhood close to everything (and REALLY close to the castle). We had a nice view of parts of the city and the rooftops of Mala Strana from the apartment (Hoffmeister)

This hotel was in a fabulous location. The room was overall nice, but unfortunately had an extremely strong smell present. We even bought air freshener and sprayed it constantly but could not remove the smell. The shower was also nearly unbearably small. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the communication very effective, and the fantastic location made up for everything else!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and always willing to help. Also the restaurant was very good.
I could not connect to the Internet. Elevator would be a good thing if you have a room on the 4th floor and after climbing the "mountain" to get to the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay in Thunovska 19. We booked the cheaper room but it really didn’t matter. Wide open ceiling and a very clean room with all the amenities we’d need to cook and have hot drinks if we’d wanted. Our hosts were also really friendly and accommodating! The best part: the location. Right at the bottom Of the steps up to the castle and also within walking distance of Charles bridge and the old town square.
I would also recommend the Medieval tavern just a few doors down, they put on an excellent show.

Wide open ceiling and a very clean room with all the amenities we’d need to cook and have hot drinks if we’d wanted. Our hosts were also really friendly and accommodating! The best part: the location. Right at the bottom Of the steps up to the castle and also within walking distance of Charles bridge and the old town square. The Residence was situated at the bottom of the castle steps. The room was comfortable with a beautifully painted ceiling and spotless. They were kind enough to clean our room early and arrange airport transportation. Trams to all parts of Prague were a short walk away as were places to eat and beautiful churches. The staff was very pleasant and kind.

Great location, everything with in walking distance. My late night arrival went smoothly by booking taxi from airport with hotel. Was considering staying in Old Town area, glad I stayed here. Large room, website photos accurate, quiet neighborhood , even with rowdy bar/restaurant next door. You must walk up 3 flights of stairs if assigned upper level room. I’d definitely recommend Residence Thunovská.

Everything's good, except wifi reception. It cut out all the time, if I could get it at all.... Soooo annoying... and costly because I was billed by a taxi pickup service twice, because wifi cut out in the middle of my transaction, and the contract was billed twice!
I finally fixed it, but it took a week of my vacation to do so! Not knowing any Czech language was a hindrance. It seemed tgat once the Czech people knew you were a vulnerable tourist - they were in for the kill! They overcharged; unloaded false foreign currency on you; and prided themselves in ripping you off! I'LL NEVER go back there again!

The residence exceeded our expectations! The room was very big and comfortable for 4 people. It was very clean, and contained everything we could need. Location is absolutely perfect. You can walk everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They even held our bags for us the day of our departure so we could explore the city during the day. Special thanks to Kitty who made sure we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back

We had a fantastic time in Prague. The apartment is centrally located. It is a beautiful old apartment with unique wooden furniture and stone floors. The staff (especially Irina) were amazing, very kind and helpful. We will be back!!!

Everything was great, specially with the staff. Jacqueline, Dean and Irina were extremly kind and efficient at all time. The airline lost my luggage and I didn't receive it until the next day, but it was thanks to them that it was delivered all the way to the hotel. Location great, room great.

Fabulous service-Dean did everything he could and was incredibly accomodating to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately it was unseasonabaly hot and he moved us to an apartment which would be cooler but the AC unit was making a terrible noise that the repair man wasn’t able to fix so we got a very loud fan that drowned out the noise of the AC. There was also construction at 7:30 am that woke us up but was beyond the hosts control. The apartment was in a fantastic location, no street noise issues, was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds! beautifully renovated! Be prepared to drag luggag3 up 3 flights of stairs-a good work out. Would stay here again minus the construction and AC noise issue.

The apartment is pretty much what you see on the website. The view from the apartment was great and the location was perfect for exploring Prague. It is very hilly so be prepared! There was some noise outside but it was ok. It was the perfect size for a family and the staff was very helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend and would probably stay here again if ever I go back to Prague.

Perfect! Our second time staying here. Large apartment, everything you need. Location is ideal: right at the base of the stairs to the castle, steps away from numerous great restaurants, and a few minutes' walk to the trams. However, it was still quiet at night. The entire staff is wonderful, including management, reception, and housekeeping. Hope to be back again.
