Roaches in the first 2 rooms and the third room had the bed made up over cigarette butts

Bed bugs!!! Everything including the AC, lamps, fridge and microwave were unplugged when we arrived. Took forever to cool off the room. Bed wasnt comfortable and all. Lacking towels and wash cloths. Got up the next morning with bites all over our ankles! Never again!

I reserved a room through Expedia they never could find me on their computer. I rented a room with two beds they gave me one with one bed and one pull out couch that was soaked in blood. I do not recommend staying here there are many other motels in the area

Staff was rude and they dont listen the hotel its self is like a 2 star i suggest motel 6 or something other than here

No cable dirty walls in the shower. The shower curtain has snot on it. The room smelled horrible and the noise was to much. Heard people beating on the walls and all night long

The first room we were given the toilet was full of toilet paper and poop. The second room felt dirty. The bathroom door was dirty. The shower did not look clean.The towels did not feel clean went and bought some. Saw that they used a residential washer and dryer. Not one made to deal with bulk washing. The bed was ferm. The king bed came with 3 small pillows (have the size a normal pillow)

The property is close to the freeway and lots of places to eat. The lobby was closed so you have to stay outside in the cold. Not enough towels were provided. Due to Thanksgiving holiday room service was not available until the next day.

The area was ok paid $80 a night ice machine broken towels was dirty and old worn out roaches was everywhere told the manger all he could say is I'll move you to another room took videos on the room wish I could get my money back

The Hispanic lady that checked me in was so helpful . Great customer service . It's extremely quiet very clean environment just need better pillows

Arrived late. Check in was good. Room needed toilet paper so had to go down to lobby twice. A/C was off so took awhile to cool down. Fridge was unplugged so had to plug in. The next morning realized fridge inside tamp. control was turned off so drinks were hot. Room was recently updated and clean All I was asking for in a place to sleep. Area seemed safe. Would stay again. I would just make sure to check fridge control.

1st there was no toilet paper in the room then the floor wasn't swepted an still dirty you could see footprints from the last people in the room the white sheets was almost a brown color the shower wall an floor had whatever stuck to the walls an floor worst hotel I've ever stayed in..

The owner runs a quiet property with the facilities I like. No muss, no fuss, and just the basics. I bring all my own food and coffee so I don't pay for things I don't need. All I need is a clean room with a clean bath and a clean bed to rest my head. He has always provided this. I've used this hotel before and love it.

Hate this place it was not even 11:00 A.M when “HOUSEKEEPING” was already inside my room cleaning the lady was extra rude and annoying

Very quiet, we felt safe, lots of nearby dining options. The property could use some upgrades. I didnt make a fuss, but the blanket had a big yellow stain on it, it took forever for the room to cool off, furniture outdated. Other than these sort of minor things, the overall stay was great. There were no unwanted guests (Bugs, roaches) in the room and that was a plus. I would definitely stay again.

I went to check in and when I got in the room the floor was filthy and stained and the bed had all sorts of stains on it. The guy at the front desk was rude and wouldn’t refund me

Nice staff/owners….. but, Sketchy area , stained towels, room definitely needed repairs , nothing was plugged in when got to the room….. definitely a low budget motel , prepare yourself

The bed sheets was stain and dirty. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Cockroaches in the room. Bath towels dirty and rip. Toilet keep moving no bolts hold it down. I don't recommend to stay at this place.

I didn't like anything about it. I thought the room would be ok. But then your sleeping. I feel like something crawling. They were small and tiny roaches in the bed. Crawling all night. Couldn't sleep anymore in the bed. Slept in my car. Until check out

Bed sheets & towels were dirty and disgusting. Ice machine wasn't working, nor were we given an ice bucket. Toilet wouldn't flush sometimes.

The room wasn't comfortable the sheet was dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean and old if you are looking comfortable hotel to stay I don't recommend this place

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Found bloody bandaids in the drawer and blood stains on the sheets.
