The food and service at the dinner and breakfast was far from Hilton standards. I wouldn’t be staying here again. The waiters were working 15 hours shifts and with great difficulties basic things like the cutlery napkins water was provided after requesting repeatedly. Dismal state of affairs.

The hotel was located in a very convenient loacation, in south delhi, next to Saket select City & DLF mall and
direct access to the mall from the hotel was a plus. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Service could have been improved. The bfast when asked to be served in the room was very bare minimum even though the buffet was paid for. A few things ordered other than bfast took a lot of time. Otherwise a good choice of hotel

When we got there, there were no internet and no hot water. Took around 30 minutes to check in due to the internet issues. Once we got a room, it was insects in the bathroom/hallway. After housekeeping vacuum cleanet and changes the bathmath, insects were back after a couple of hours. In the room it was very loud from the upstairs room, when they flushed, it could be heard so well, that we woke up during the night when it happened. Happened multiple times. We got a new room due to the insects.
Internet was back the day after and the hot water was back after two days. No compensation provided by the hotel due to this inconvenience.

Old hotel. Carpets are stained. All Toilet fixtures are almost broken condtion. Becareful when you seat on the toilet tissue holder will hit your knee. Faucetes are probably from the 70s. Even the elevator floors are with broken tiles. I dont know how Hilton corporate still keep this hotel in their chain.

The hiton hotel in Saket Delhi is horrible to stay. Very dirty stinky. Room service is poor and have to make multiple calls when requesting something.
The mall makes it easy to stay for convenience but please do your research before booking.
There is always unhappy customers arguing with the front staff for something.
I stayed at Hilton Jaipur and in Chennai way better.,

Our first stay was so good, that we booked again for our return.
But your staff didn't complete our return trip booking, and we had a bit of hassle at check in. Was given a bad room (602) which was not clean and had other problems.
Subsequest move to 607 and remainder of our stay was very good.

Great stay as a stopover for one night. Welcoming reception staff. Lovely food. Wonderful pool staffed by lifeguard Vinay who was an excellent pool host and kept the pool safe for a very enjoyable few hours of swimming. Hotel also kindly let me use their business hub free of charge for a days work after I'd checked out. Highly recommend.

Hilton gardens in Dehli is a great place mainly for the service. Beyond friendly staff always wanting to make sure you have a good experience…. Very helpful. The buffet breakfast is really good.. the lunch and dinner options from the restaurant is really good. Would recommend to stay there if it’s your first time visiting India .

We had excellent stay in the hotel. The staff was very hospitable and helpful, nothing was a hassle. The hotel is very clean, excellent location, connected with a big mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Very nice and big swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent.

Was placed in a smoking room though I never asked for it. Condition of the bathroom was terrible. The towels were so old and rough that if not careful could bruise oneself. I tried breakfast on one day and it was not so great. No smiles from any of the staff. Lighting is terrible feels like a dingy place.

This property is worth only 3k per day. It’s not a luxury property. There is smoke smell everywhere including the non smoking areas and rooms. The bathrooms are crappy. Very old sofa in the rooms. This property needs a complete renovation. There is dirt and filth everywhere. Food was decent. Other than that there is nothing worth mentioning about. If you are paying 8-10k for one night here then the least you expect is cleanliness and hygiene, this place has neither. I wouldn’t come back again. The decor and carpets are really bad. Hilton has disappointed me to the core.

Location is great. Hotel is v v below average but I guess that is what you are paying for. They tried to charge me for a lot of fees like lunch and car services which I did not use do double check your bill. Bed was also sandy I had to ask them to change the sheets. Great safe location with plenty of shopping and eatery’s nearby. Large clean rooms ( thank you Vipin for keeping our room so nice) and a welcoming lobby. The breakfast was incredible! Saying it was expansive is an understatement. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed the Indian food most and this was noticed by the staff, especially Kapil. Kapil took extra care of us and brought us freshly made Indian delicacies that we had not had before. The excellent food and special services of Kapil and also Sufiyan made for a wonderful start to every day. All in all, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. When we return, we will choose The Hilton Garden Inn again.

The hotel is convenient and located in the mall with several shops and eating joints. The overall breakfast quality was average , its odd setup that the food is placed a few levels above and one has to walk down the steps to the tables to eat. Tea quality is somewhat below average. Indian breakfast and late night dining options are good. Staff provided good service. The shower floor is slippery and no face wash.

Property is very old and outdated. Room condition was not at Hilton standard. Dirty sheets. Had to call front desk for clean sheets 2-3 times. The towels were smelly. It’s not worth your money at all we paid premium price for 1 star hotel. Very disappointed. Never again at this hotel.

Two burnt spots on the carpet, the bedboard covered in dust, smudges on the window, hairs on a shower drain, a broken curtain rail, and an opened bottle of shower gel. After a day, they changed the lines and “cleaned” my room but all of those above stayed the same.
I trusted the name of Hilton but I am truly disappointedted.
