This is an excellent hotel that combines value, cleanliness, comfort, great breakfast, and good staff. But to be clear, this is not the 5 start luxury hotel. Riyadh is a bustling city with either very fancy and expensive hotels or lower cost non-brand hotels. This makes it tough for travellers to choose value / lower cost options. This hotel is very recommend.

This stay in this hotel was a very bad experience. Power outage from 5:30 am till 9 am. Not even internet and basic services.
The staff made it even worse by not facilitating help when they were able to.

Stayed in room 307 (Royal Suite) but you don’t get what you expect by the name. Window blinds - can’t open, bed is defect but ok if you’re solo, TV in bedroom not working.
Gym bike missing pedals, one of the treadmills is run through…
Overall the hotel needs an overhaul.
On the positive side: people are friendly and the breakfast is satisfying.

The hotel has issues with the fire alarm going off at the most random times. I stayed there for 5 nights and had issues each day. During three nights it went off at 3 or 4am, resulting in a sleepless night. The point of booking a hotel is to have a place to sleep so I asked for a refund. The best they could offer was usd 25 which is an insult.

Nice hotel with a huge bed! The king size bed was about 8-9 ft wide - heaven!!
Service at the front desk was good and there was a lovely cafe (Elite cafe) nearby for a great flat white and club sandwich!!

The hotel is easily accessible and is short walk away from shops and local eateries. The check was quick and straight forward and the room itself offered plenty of space as well as a jacuzzi bath which unfortunately I did not have opportunity to use. The room was comfortable and offered the nice touches expected of this category of hotel. The only drawback from my stay was the noise outside at night which can keep you awake if you are attempting to go to bed early. An enjoyable stay and would recommend for a business trip stay, although be aware of heavy traffic during peak time during morning.

I was assigned a Smoking room when I booked a non -smoking . When I requested a room change I was told the room is non-smoking when I could smell the strong stench of smoke in the room .
The elliptical in the gym is broken with no gym attendant !

But he just blatantly told me that there is no room available and turned off the lights in the lobby to make me leave the hotel.
They haven’t ever processed a refund. They are telling hotels.com staff that I didn’t reach the hotel.

Nice facility although a little bit old the common areas. The room is wide, confortable and clean. Its location is perfect to go to interested places around the city.

I have stayed at the property multiple times. It is one of the best properties, good location, a nice gym and very helpful staff especially the restaurant manager.

The hotel is excellent, but the food at breakfast has no taste everything taste the same and some are dry , the coffeeshop when i called he keep rushing me to finish and that's annoyed me
