Great location. Comfy beds and nice to have two rooms. Dishwasher and oven and fridge were great to have. In diplomatic area close to palace park.
Shower got the entire bathroom floor wet. No lock on bathroom door.

The apartment and rooms were a bit small and cramped. No AC with windows facing south, so there is no way on this apartment to be comfortable on a sunny summer day. Bathroom shower very small, difficult to maneuver in there.
Our other family members had an apartment. In the same building and it was more spacious.
The overall condition of the common areas such as stairwells and hallways need some refreshing , the hallway smelled bad a bit like fried fish, but fortunately this did not get into the apartment.
The price was economical and this apartment could be well suited for a family on a budget or younger travelers that are comfortable in hostels.
The location next to the big park and close to the downtown was excellent, and that would be the biggest “plus” for this place.

Close to train station and other attractions. Restaurants a 5+ minute walk but not bad at all. Really good value for price

Apartment is in a street opposite the palace. Ideally located and walking distance to everything in central Oslo. 5 minute walk from Nationaltheatret train station. 25 mins walk to Vigeland Park. Apartment was comfortable and loved having the kitchenette setup. Self checkin worked well. If Oslo wasn’t the last leg of my holiday, I would’ve made use of their free laundry setup. Definitely recommend it.

This place was great and would be better if we could stay longer! Good location, safe, quiet, easy in and out, really close to train to/from airport. Nice little kitchenette facilities. I only wish we had longer in Oslo!

Was promised access to the room 2h before check-in but room was not ready when I arrived. Later, checkin did not work, I had to sit and wait for staff to arrive with room key. No hair shampoo in the shower.

I often stay at Frogner Apartement House Arbinsgate when I go to Oslo for work.
The check in is easy. The cleaning is perfect. A good option when want a bit more than a hotel room. Good value for your money.

This was a great experience. Very efficient, quiet and versatile for our family of 3. The staff when I did interact with them were the best!

All fantastic but the lift was out of order which is not great if you have a lot of luggage to haul up the stairs when you are on the fourth floor!

Nice location and pretty quiet. Close to the National Theater station and lots of public transportation. A quick walk down the hill brings you to the harbor and just uphill is the palace and park

The apartment was great. Very spacious. Was walkable to many food options and bars, about a 5 min to the waterfront. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Room was great. Reserved for 3 people but only supplied duvet, towel and pillow for 2 people - got them on our 2nd day. Disappointed by the broken elevator - we have 3 senior citizens in our party and we were assigned a room in the 2nd floor and one in the 4th floor. The stairwell floor covering is overdue for shampooing, it smells bad.

The stairwell was in good repair, but with a strong musty smell. Further, my keys stopped working early the morning of check out, and I was stuck outside the unit. Support was able to issue new keys, but now I have a request for payment for an extra day. Overall, not a satisfactory experience.
