The other guests at this accommodation were very loud, partying until 5am. This is the second time I have stayed that this has happened

It's a nice and easy motel with all the amenities nearby. The staff allowed late checkout for just $25 extra, which was amazing and very cooperative.

Comfortable ! missed having a bed side table tho! Love the huge corner spa bath! Would recomend to anyone and definately stay there agaun!

I stayed at BK's for two nights over the weekend and it was perfect!
I slept in the Premium Studio which was very inviting and comfortable. You could watch YouTube on the TV whilst in bed! One small thing I loved was the cutlery offered in the drawers. They where long, golden and really neat!
Unfortunately, I did notice cobwebs in a corner, despite the room being generally clean.
The food on offer was delicious and very filling and they have options for all dietary requirements. A drink I recommend is the Mediterrenean Smoothie. Having room service offered for meals is great, but I did sit in the dining room for Breakfast on my first morning and it was very empty, which I think is a shame as the dining room is beautifully set up. I think there should be more encouragement for guests to have meals together in the dining room.
The staff are very friendly, positive and helpful, and made sure that my stay was the best. They where a great help with offering to hold on to my backpack after check-out before I left Palmy later in the evening.
I will totally be coming back for a weekend stay in the future and definitely recommend!

Awesome stay here over the past two nights. Very quiet considering its location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay,for sure. Will look into staying again at some stage in the near future.

We Really Enjoyed our stay. The Facility was clean and staff were Helpful. We were really looking forward to trying out the restaurant which was in house. However, it was closed for the week.

We stayed at the BK motel for a few days over the school holidays and really enjoyed it. All the amenities were clean and tidy. Nice space not too big and the beds I found were very comfortable. Also very soundproof as we were worried with our two year old that our neighbors would hear all the racket but they also had children but we didn’t even hear a peep so that’s A for kids👍will be returning soon😊

Loved the property - a little dated in some areas - but to be expected at the price point. Overall a really great stay - great amenities, and a well equipped kitchenette. My only feedback would be that as a solo female traveler I didn't love that I couldn't deadbolt the sliding patio door, or the main door into the room. Didn't feel unsafe in this particular motel, just always a security precaution that I would take. Other than that, really enjoyed my stay!

The communication was great and friendly. Very neat and tidy rooms. Excellent service and highly recommended.

The sheets, bed, and pillows were very comfortable. Wasn't that thrilled about sharing a bathroom but we stayed in March and there was no one else booked so it was fine. Friendly staff check-in person. At around 11pm either a cleaner or another family came in and we could hear everything, but they do supply earplugs, so that helped. Great value for money.

Soundproofed was a feature we hoped for.
Floor studio was tiny but nicely appointed for the size.
There was a bad smell coming from the toilet bath that did not leave.
It is a USA style hotel entrance and not a motel style and the room is closed in with access only through an internal hall with your key.
We were kept up by neighbours next door until 6am drinking and blasting tv.
Tried repeatedly contacting desk at 4am for help. Finally got someone to answer and send they'd send someone.
They did. 5 minutes after talking to guests they continued drinking and yelling and blaring TV
It was a horrible rest after a long drive and staff didn't care to follow up.
Soundproofing didn't stop blaring TV, drunk guests, flushing toilets above and beside... And nothing on at the stadium.
Kitchen bench had coffee residue stains all over and toilet had not been cleaned as well and the smell was like a horrible ooze over everything.

I enjoyed my stay at BK's Premier Motel. The staff is very friendly, the room very clean, and easy access. There isn't much of a view other than the paved parking lot and thought a bit more green would be appreciated. Also, it would be nice to have a small couch or comfortable chair as it would be more comfortable than the table chairs.
I would certainly recommend this property, and would stay there again.
