It is like 15-20 minute away from the beach, it’s an inconvenience if traveling with elderly or small children. There is not much around the hotel within walking distance and even to order food for delivery was difficult, I had to order from the restaurants that were approved by the hotel because nobody would deliver to that area. The hotel itself was very clean and complimentary breakfast was good. The pool was nice too; heated, but wish there was a Jacuzzi

It’s hot ! The entire hotel is hot ! The rooms are muggy …the floors are dirty . There was no ice in the hotel !… my room description said ocean view there is not one ocean view at all located by a port pier a lot of Noise …never going to this hotel again

Rooms are very clean and the beds/pillow are comfortable. However, it is overpriced. The neighbourhood has nothing to offer and doesn't feel safe at night.

Overall it was okay. But there was at best lukewarm water. So i left after 2 nights. Otherwise I would have stayed longer.

The room had all the cleanliness and comfort you'd expect from holiday inn, so no complaints there. By far the comfiest beds in all of Mexico. The problem for me is the location but moreso the lack of parking lot security. This is inarguably the bad part of town. There are no cameras, no fences. There is a gate but it is only monitored a few hours per day. The security guards are afraid of walking alone. The police came on our first night because someone was trying to break into a car and attacking people with a screwdriver. The bank they share a parking lot with has a history of robberies in the parking lot. I appreciate your dedication to consistency holiday inn, but you need to adapt to your environment. Other: Housekeeping kept forgetting to give us things like a bag for the ice bucket, more coffee, and almost refused to give us a 4th towel for our 4th guest. Outside smells like a sewer so the balcony is worthless (and only available on the second floor btw). The room is so hot you can't breathe when you first show up, because you have to put your key in for the air conditioning to turn on and it takes about an hour to cool the room. After that it's fine, just leave one of your keys in when you leave the room. We forgot our key twice and neither time did they ask to see ID, just asked us what room we're in and made a new key based on our word. Convenient, yes, but I'd rather see a dedication to protocol. The beans and eggs at breakfast are actually really good though.

Great hotel. The only problem is that no restaura Close bay so you need to take a cab to reach one or order to your room. Also the free car to take you back to the airport for free was a nice surprise, the driver Don Salvador give an excellent service courteous and professional. The room included breakfast and I was pleasantly surprise with it. The front desk is responsive and helpful, and extremely friendly. In sum a Gem if and hotel. Este hotel es una gema, el desayuno excelente el transfer gratis del hotel al aeropuerto es también excelente, el conductor Don Salvador es profesional y uno de los mejores chismorrea que he visto.la gente del front desk son profesionales y amigables. En suma un excelente hotel.

Our stay here was wonderful. We got a nice, clean, large room for a very fair price. The only downside was that the hotel is across the dock and can be noisy. Other than that, our experience was amazing!
