Hot tub not working. Manager was rude. Did not offer a discount.

We stay in North Platte 4-5 times a year and always stay here because it is the nicest but this time the hallway carpets were filthy, the elevators were not working and the pool was closed. Plus, they have started to allow pets. Whenever a motel starts to allow pets, the cleanliness goes down. Several of our pillows smelled like dog. Breakfast was average. The lobby area is a nice place to gather.

Stayed two nights in March. Clean enough, friendly staff, Comfy King Suite bed right near loud elevator "ding". Way too noisy for price. Walls paper thin, windows do not block out interstate traffic. When heater unit under window starts up it sounds like a Nebraska tractor. Zero plug-ins on nightstands.

The ceiling mounted lights over the bed were on a dimmer. Could not figure out how to shut them completely off. The room is due for an upgrade. Wrinkled carpet old fixtures. Good location.

Room is clean and comfortable. Only problem was the door lock . When we tried to leave the room, the deadbolt was stuck out so the door wouldn’t shut. Tried several things and reported it to the desk. We were told it happens all the time. We were able to jiggle the handle to close the door but this should not be happening.

We loved this stay. The team at the front desk was so friendly. They were helpful with questions asked about the area. The rooms were clean, in great condition, and comfy. Pool was great for a younger (5 yr old) traveler. The outside view offered great views of the sunsetting as well. Breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel spread. Really enjoyed every aspect of the stay.

There were goldfish crackers under the pull out bed. The pillows were absolutely horrible. your head just sank in and hit the bed. No support. The air conditioner leak so there was water all over the floor. The provided breakfast was terrible. Who wants watery scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, oat milk and waffles in bags. And the coffee was terrible. No flavored creamer. How can you screw coffee up? for 350 a night this was terrible. And of course I know it was price gouging because of Nebraskaland days but it definitely definitely wasn’t worth the cost.

We stayed one night driving through. Everything was clean, large room, helpful staff.

My brother left his wallet on the nightstand right by the alarm clock. We called the hotel about an hour after we left. Our room was just cleaned and magically the wallet was missing. We had 3 family members that remember it being there. Sad part is this is my brother who is disabled and all his money for the month is gone in that wallet. Make sure not to forget anything. You will never see it again!

The only problem we have the bathroom no exhaust fan. Not a big of the deal but if you travelled with 3 peoples no good everyone used the bathroom after one another. Overall we both like the hotel the staff very friendly.

Nice property. Convenient location with plenty of room around it, lots of parking and restaurants right next door. Room was neat, clean and roomy.

The place was well kept and the staff friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We looked around for outlets to plug in chargers and found them behind the night stand. Just pulled them out a bit. Nice breakfast to start our day.

Well run motel with extremely friendly staff. Rooms neat and clean, with good TV. Only issue was the total lack of outlets in room. Had to charge some things in the bathroom and unplug the clock radio (which really isn't critical) to charge phone near bed.

It was nice and clean. Some of the furniture was banged up pretty good with scuff marks . Needs a little updating especially for the price range. Nice breakfast.
