Generally our stay was pleasant. Rooms were small but clean. Air conditioning was very effective. Wi-Fi was effective. Buffet Breakfast service was good. Overall recommended for stay.

This hotel was in a great location for visiting the Taj Mahal and the facilities were in good condition. The only downside was the friendliness of some of the staff. All in all, not a bad place to stay, and a great price.

Pros - Near to Taj Mahal and food joints and Sadar baza, Complimentary wifi and breakfast was good.Cons - Interior of room is very old,need renovation. The front of hotel is very dirty with open gutters. Service is inconsistent and room utilities are replaced only after calling room service. Phone was not working so had to goto reception to ask for everything. Restaurant and mineral water is highly over charged n expensive, avoid.

Great staff who go out of their way to help. Hotel's about 4 mins walk from main road but not much in the way of thins to do for tourist. Expec to take auto rickshaws.

Bathroom was dirty. Asked it to be cleaned. After 10mins my room smelt of industrial strength cleaning products and bleach. Could not open a window so the smell lingered. Staff were ok.

Hot water needs to be called in. location is out of the way.So if you stay in Agra (which i would not recommend all together) besides seeing the Taj (preferably at sun rise) get something nicer.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a nice floor plan. The Resturant food and staff were also very good.I highly recommend this hotel for the price.Located near the entrance to the Taj Mahol.

If you look for a quiet location in a good hotel 2 km from the East entrance to Taj Mahal, this is the place. Access along the Eastern road is an easy walk. New hotel provides good service and breakfast all for a reasonable price. Hot water and internet worked well.

The wi-if wasn't working during our stay, our room had a broken window patched up with plastic, so was cold. There is no fruit juice with breakfast.The location is ok.

Review was good so I booked this hotel but bathroom was dirty. Hotel staff was not friendly.

Very Nice Hotel With Modern rooms and Restaurant , all the amenities in the room was New and Modern , food quality and service was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean , view of taj mahal from the Roof Top Restaurant was great excellent. Breakfast at Basement Restaurant was Very Enjoyable. Overall the stay was good and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.

We got warm welcome at Hotel Crystal In upon arrival , nice rooms , friendly staff , food quality & service is excellent. Friendly atmosphere like we are at Home. Roof Top Restaurant was Very Beautiful with view of Taj Mahal and Dinner at Roof Top was very nice experience. Cleaness & hygiene of rooms and all public areas was nice. Overall the stay was Very Comfortable and Enjoyable. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was clean enough to spent a night. Nothing to write home about. Staff was co-operative.

Food was atrocious though they did not charge us when we brought this to their notice. However, being hungry or not having your hunger be satisfied is not a state of affairs that I would like others to experience.

This was expensive hotel (specially during off season). It was advertised as 3-star, which makes sense as per the price I paid. I was told, there are two double-beds in the room. Reality was that room was small and it had only one double-bed. They had a twin size mattress on the floor (so called ... second double-bed). TV was not working. Someone looked at it and said, there is some problem in wiring. They couldn't fix it. They offered me to move to another room (smaller than what I had). I decided to stay in same room. The hallway was hot and humid (no A/C in hallway). The hotel location was quite isolated. You wouldn't want to walk around after sunset. Some positive's now. Room was clean, Air condition was working inside the room. Food was good.

The rooms were pretty clean and spaciuos but there was a dreadful smell everywhere (both in the room and on the hallways). I see there is a pool on this site but I did not see it when I was there. If you are not very pretentios I recommend this hotel, but not if you want quality.

We were very pleased with the Hotel. Our room was comfortable. They accomodated out 2 kids in our room with a double mattress on the ground. Restaurant dowmstairs was excellent, we had 3 meals there all good. Great for families. Kids loved the food. Close to a very new MALL just being built in Agra. General store / Shop across the road was convenient too. Got postcards there. McDdonalds close by too when kids are over INDIAN food.
