Fine hotel for business trip. But some bad smell in bathroom..

Just adjacent to Taipei station, it is easily accessed from the airport and other sight seeing spots. There is also a shopping mall in the same buliding, making shopping very convenient. The hotel is a bit old but maintained well in general. Room is clean and tidy. Service is good and the buffet breakfast offers a wide range of selection.

It was an amazing 1 night stay, process of checking in and out is quick. The room is spacious and clean. Close to the train station. Will definitely stay here again if given the chance.

We loved the service and the decoration of the different areas of the hotel.

It is my favourite hotel in Taipei. We stay here EVERY TIME we visit. After a few stays, the front desk and restaurant staff started recognising us. It’s a second home away from home. The next-door shopping mall provides additional shopping and restaurant choices. I want to thank Webber, especially for his warm welcome.

So near and yet so far. Just across the station but the lift to cross the sky bridge is under repair so although can see the hotel across the street have to get there underground through a vast maze. It was very frustrating as we arrived very late when mall and shops were closed and we had trouble asking for direction. Took us a long time to get there. The hotel didn’t even bother to reply my message to ask for direction two days before arrival. I don’t recommend booking it until the lift is repaired. Communication is quite slow and poor. The hotel said the delay was Expedia so I can’t say. The whole ambience is dark and old. Rooms are dark but comfortable. Complicated lighting system to start of with.

Clean and convenient, close to MRT station

This place is super convenient. It is close to the Taipei main station, Q square, and many famous tourist places nearby. The only drawback is the lights which is too dark from my perspective. I hope it can light it up to give a more warm atmosphere.

This hotel's location is wonderful, very near to Taipei Station - the transportation center. And, just next door to Taipei's "underground street food court". This food court is not the regular one you've experienced. It's like a Taiwanese night market packed in a nicer setting. The hotel's own breakfast buffet is also amazing, including 5 famouse Taiwanese restaurants' named dishes, Japanese and European stations, dishes cooked to order, and even a do-it-yourself beef hot pot. As a Expedia VIP, I did not get a room upgrade since I already booked an executive king room. The room category include a club access from 10:30 am to 10:30 pm, and that's all you can drink alcoholic beverages snacks. By the way, the hotel hosts a Michelin 3-star restaurant. You need to book it months ahead.

Location, location, location! Having the hotel be so close to Taipei Main Station, with easy access to several rail lines, was super useful. Being close to Q Square mall also meant easy access to a ton of restaurant and food options. This was a great hotel for my wife and two kids, while we met with relatives all around Taipei.

Near the big mall and main train station but very crowded though. The room is excellent layout, great view. The facility is attach to Square mall where we can to for dinner, so many to choose from at food court
