Lobby on the 5th floor so there is some difficulties finding as not all lift goes to 5th floor

Location was great and the manager was helpful.

WiFi did not work properly, and the staff could not have it fix at all, dust everywhere, took a while to get to use hot water, the hairdryer was very old and did not function. Big piece of rash left in the room, soundproof was pretty awful. The staffs were abit rude in general.

Near the airport express station

Very cramped room and carpet don’t feel very clean. Noticed a cockroach crawling outside the rooms one of the nights.

Location, wi-fi, quiet, good amenities and power outlets.

The carpets are dirty and my room has a bad smell. Water pressure in the shower is low.

The location was excellent, just right from the central station. We have not tried the breakfast therefore I am not able to comment it. The customer service was ok. The room size was great, the bed was very comfortable.

We requested a room with window. Well we could have stayed in a room without window. It was useless and not worth it. View was on the side street. The room was dark for that reason, no natural lights. We requested a different room but we did not get it. If we book a room without window all of my negative experience would not be relevant. I expected natural lights and city view as the description stated. They always put the nicest picture to sell the room and most of the time the reality does not reflect it.

Early check in was available. Good location close to main station and many shopping stores nearby. Enjoy the heated seat toilet and big screen tv

There is no hotel sign outside its located inside a building where you take elevator to 5th floor. There's no closet to hang clothes and safe deposit box didn't work.

Location is very ideal for logistic planning as Taipei Main Station is only across the road.

As it is part of Asia Park Building, waiting for lift to the Inn can be very, very long.

Very helpful, professional and convenient.

Not all the rooms have windows to the outside world ... oh well, mei wenti.

台北駅（高鐡・臺鐵・MRT・各方面高速バス）には歩いて僅か2~3分、周りには大小合わせて食べる所　数多く。少々良いお土産は新光三越が隣に。 1Fにはファミマがあるので、簡単な物はすぐ買えます。とにかく立地は言うことがありません。

①部屋が少しばかり狭いこと ②日本人にはバスタブが欲しい ③室温が各部屋で調整できないから、寒くて部屋に居るときは、いつも布団を被っていた。

the room i stayed was right beneath a gym facility, where i could here the sound when people throwing the weights on the floor, thought it was muffled bombing sound. which is unpredictable, loud, and definitely shocking. it was very frequent and it ends around 10+ pm. I couldnt rest before that time. 2person bedroom was too crowded. not enough space to put a big luggage

Location was great. Taipei Main Station was just right outside of the hotel building. There's lots of food options around the area especially with the huge shopping mall next to it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was questionable as hard as they may have tried. Despite our efforts on not eating in the room, there was a baby cockroach which we caught. Come the second night, the toilet bowl was emitting a pungent smell of urine. Thinking the toilet was not was scrubbed thoroughly, we requested cleaning services to be thorough the next time. The smell was still bad if not worse. So I got down to cleaning it only to find that the foul smell was coming from the electric heated toilet seat despite me cleaning it twice. Dried up pee from previous guests was caught in the seams of the seat and the foul brown liquid leaked out as I cleaned it with detergent and water. We told this to the reception the next morning and they promptly changed the entire seat but it was a sight that one cannot unsee. Seems like we were not the only ones flagging this. Little things like slimy bathroom floor, weird smelly bath soap, fresh pillowcase but unfresh-smelling pillow, many bits of white lint on the carpet despite vaccuming are things that we powered through until our 10 days were finally up. I have never felt more glad to be home.

駅、目の前でとても、立地がよく移動がとても楽でした。

全部のエレベーター（6台）が稼働してなかったのか、実際稼働してたのが4台、そのうち各階にとまるのが2台しかなく、フロント5階、部屋３階だったので利用時間の多い時、エレベーターなかなか来ない、来ても乗れない事が多々ありました。 時間に余裕を持って行動するといいとおもいます。 あと、シャンプーとボディーソープしか常備してありません。リンス（トリートメント）は 持っていくといいと思います

空間剛好，房間整潔還有免治馬桶，非常方便，且入住有附免費停車位也是非常不錯。

第一晚入住隔天早上七點多，聽見隔牆開關門聲及震動非常大聲，且持續大約7至9次，像一些休息比較久的人來說真的是困擾。

Location is very convenient

The hotel wifi is poor connections which is always not connected even we have been complained with the front desk staff. Furthermore, we are staying 7 days but they never change the bedsheet cover. Finally, the hair dryer watt very low, need spent quite long time to dry our hair.

Perfect location, very convenient

It will be perfect if an extra table or tea table is provided for family room.

สะอาด ทำเลดี เดินทางสะดวก หน้าโรงแรมมีทางลงรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน มีร้านสะดวกซื้อใกล้เคียงเยอะ

ที่พักไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง เพิ่มเงินจองห้องที่มีหน้าต่าง แต่ที่โรงแรมแจ้งว่าไม่สามารถเปิดหน้าต่างได้เนื่องจากเหตุผลด้านความปลอดภัย และเป็นหน้าต่างแบบทึบ มองไม่เห็นวิวภายนอก แต่รวมๆ แล้วโอเค ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีก แต่คงจองห้องธรรมดา

Location is convenient

No proper area for storage of our luggages, check-in time is very late. Check out time very promptly 12noon. Lobby very small

Location are good. Room are clean. Cleaner are helpful.

Counter lady staff abit unfriendly. I having issue with my credit card and she was frustrated with me. Bed abit discomfort and pillow too soft.

La ubicación es muy buena, pero es un hotel que queda en un edificio en el floor 5. Muy concurrido. Poco personalizado. Parece para back packers.

La pieza es oscura y sin ventana. Pero es limpia. En la ducha se junta el agua en los pies. Y falta luz. El personal es muy frio, no ayudan mucho o no te sugieren cosas que visitar. Estan muy ocupados. No hay lobby o espacio donde esperar. Esta lleno de maletas el pasillo de gente esperando. Muy incómodo. Y el baño del pasillo bien sucio.

The location.

My room was not the same as what is found in the app. What was worse was that in the middle of the room, there was an actual post. So that basically took another 20% of the room space. I was traveling with another friend who also booked the same hotel with the same specs as I did, and his room was bigger and was more modern.
