The 2 bedroom presidential suite I was given with Haram view actually had partial view unlike the advertised picture. Also, instead of the two large bathrooms within the bedrooms promised a “Grand five-piece bathroom” which we didn’t get as well. We had tiny bathrooms that had a three piece set. These are the only two disappointments that were completely different than advertised.

The room was extra cold and the ac controls are so messed up. The bed is amazing but the showers are mulfunctioning and scattering water.

l was disappointed with the experience, which felt more akin to a 4-star hotel. My room was directly beneath another undergoing construction, causing significant noise. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar, as the bedding was quite dusty.
Despite raising these issues, I received only an apology and no compensatory gesture. I hope this feedback prompts a review of your service standards.

Best hotel in Mekkah. Conveniently located next to Kaaba. Prayer room on top I great as well.

Staff is great. Rooms are definitely not a 5 star hotel rooms. Very very old. Shower smells like pee. I definitely not stay here again nor recommend this hotel. It’s definitely does not meet standards of Raffles brand.

Everything was perfect during the stay , i booked for my parents who did Umrah , they were extremely satisfied . İn addition to this the hotel allowed a very late check-out.

Very nice facilities. Very close to the Haram. Beautiful view of the Kaabah and Haram from my room. Very memorable. Recommended by a friend, that's a local. It was a spectacular stay for Umrah.
Breakfast and restaurant were very good. Quality & variety of food were first class. Staff were helpful and smiling. We felt welcomed.
Won't be my last stay, inshaa Allah.
One dislike: Hotel feels a little outdated.

Every single member of staff were so pleasant, polite, courteous and alway available to help - the best experience we have had by far!
Especially those responsible for housekeeping (I forget his name but for me he was like an Uncle) and also Ismath who was of amazing help during our last days there - ensuring our luggage was looked after and allowing us to perform Umrah with ease before we were to leave for home - suffice to say if it wasn't for him and his colleagues we would not have been able to do this. May allah subhna tallah reward them all for making our pilgrimage such a pleasant one!

Staff in room service needs to be more diligent and in the cafeteria- staff should pay attention to their guests.

Quality and service is at 5 star level. Staff does above and beyond. Checkin process was amazing and quick. Sara on the front desk was exceptional. Hand written note from Salem managing director was exceptional, no one takes time to do this. We are exceptionally satisfied and haram view was amazing.

Close to Haram, and the view is spectacular.
The only thing which i don't understand that when you are an Expedia VIP customer and you are checking in after 2:00 PM in low season an the Hotel is quarter of it capacity, the receptionist refused to give us our room, we had to come again after 4:00 PM to collect our keys. Very disappointed.

In terms of its proximity to masjid ul haram, great location and it is at a very convenient walkable distance to Kaaba.
Cleanliness was ok. Couches, carpet and walls were stained with marks of food and coffee. Never cleaned properly.
They did not have microwave or dishes or dishwashing stuff in kitchenette which was nuisance when traveling were 3 little kids.
Room bar was insanely over priced. Would recommend buying similar stuff at 1/10th the price from shop around.
Connected with shopping mall so tons of eating options available.
breakfast was included and had amazing variety and options. Staff was receptive. Daily room service was available which is rarely seen in other western hotels these days.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
