The property is a bit dated and tired.

A fantastic location within walking distants to central Christchurch. While the bathroom was dated it was clean and comfortable. A heated towel rail an unexpected bonus.
The stairs outside need attention as they are not secure.

The staff are so incredible at this property going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcome.
It's close to the town centre to walk to all restaurants which we love. Has off street parking.
Rooms are basic but have everything you need, with a full kitchen. Beds are comfortable yet they could proberly do with upgrading these.
We love staying here and it's ur second time and we'll be back next year.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our fridge and they sorted it straight away and compensated us. The rooms are a bit dated however the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff were super friendly. Noting was too much trouble. They even posted an item we left behind to the next hotel on our trip for us.

Pros: Great location. Good layout. Cosy heaters and bedding for winter. Friendly staff. Great to have a separate bedroom for our weeks stay.
Cons: Room felt very tired. Kitchen items not working (toaster etc). One of dining chairs close to collapse. Benchtop and table surfaces chipped and marked. Outdoor chairs weaving unraveling etc

Property is dated. We had mouldy towels provided. Fridge was off and had pooled water in the bottom.
People running it were lovely but hard to look past the rest with such a price.

Was perfect place for what we needed. Bit of a mission to get there with all the road works but it is what it is in Queenstown right now.

Was satisfactory for a one night interim stay but the unit was very plain and aged. Carpets stained, bathroom very plain with sections of wall looking like they had water damage. Sink didn’t drain.

Apartment just as required for a short stay in Queenstown. Easy self check-in for our evening arrival. Apartment clean and tidy. Beds clean and comfortable. Good basic amenities. Needs a bit of updating/ TLC and a deep clean of carpet and a side chair. Would stay here again if ever back in Queenstown.

Really nice property and loved that we had a deck to sit on! Really great sleep and very clean. Great spot to park right close to our room. Walking distance to town but be prepared for a big hill coming back to the property.

Apartment was very functional but a little dated and in need of some work, especially the carpet. It served our needs well and we enjoyed our stay in Queenstown. Ongoing road construction made access a challenge and we were never sure se would have a parking spot when we returned in the evening. All in all, it worked for us. However, I would invest in some upgrades to things like carpet, lights, etc. if you really want this place to be a 9 rating with Hotels.com. I think Hotels.com missed this one and the place is really a 7.8 to 8.0. People rely on your ratings Hotels.com! You missed this one.

There was a mistake in the reservation for 4 we had, and instead of moving people around, they gave us another apartment. That was very much appreciated

A tired complex The unit had most things we needed but there was a feeling it’s ready for a refurb. Very dated now Position not too far from town centre but the walk uphill shouldn’t be underestimated Wifi very unreliable Care using your tv apps as we had trouble reconnecting to sign out

Everything is good, the location is very convenient, big unit with two bedrooms and kitchen, very clean.

With the construction going outside which i understand is out of their control they could atleast ask the construction company to make the entrance a bit wider and proper. It was very tight especially with a big car. Further the parkjng is very tight inside.
Apart from that overall the location of the property is quiet handy. The condition is also okaish considering the price so can't complaint on that.

well situated but roadworks were annoying (although not manageable by the business). Upholstery on furniture torn and scruffy and curtains ripped. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Fairly nice location, but plan to walk a hill to and from town centre. Comfortable beds with mattress warmer in the queen bed. Nice heated towel rack in bathroom. Kitchen was nicely stocked. A little run down with worn carpet, broken window handle and wobbly end table.

Phones were ignored when we tried to call regarding road works blocking off street access. The apartment was covered in stains and the shower was full of mold. There was no place to return keys for early check out and again no phones were answered.
