Staff was great and very helpful, close to train station, restaurants and major sites. Comfortable and clean overall, we would definitely come back when in Florence.

Wonderful hotel, extremely well located not far from the train station and 5 mn from the Dome and cathedral in a quiet street. We came by car and Art Atelier has discounted rates in a garage 2 mn from the hotel in the ZTL zone. Rooms are spacious, AC quiet, and everything has been recently renovated. Staff is very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Florence.

This property was conveniently located to the train (3 min walk), all within walking distance of all major attractions. Room were a little small but clean and comfortable.

This hotel was excellent. The room was beautiful, the air conditioning worked like a dream in the extreme heat, and the location cannot be beat. 5 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to the Duomo cathedral. Everything else is within a 10 minute walk in any direction through breathtaking streets. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful by offering a map to show us how to see the highlights of Florence and by ordering us a taxi back to the train station when checking out. Whilst the train station is only a few blocks away, it was raining and we had 2 large bags to drag along the old stone streets so we opted for a taxi for our departure. The only negative was the bed, which was quite uncomfortable, but fine for 1 night. I would stay here again. Florence is exquisitely beautiful.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

Very friendly staff. The breakfast is terrific and so was the service in the morning. Somebody’s room had a sewage/plumbing issue leaving a terrible odor, but it was address quickly in the morning and gone by the time we returned from sightseeing.

Fabulous little hotel an easy walk from all the tourist sights. The staff were helpful, welcoming and kind. The breakfast was great. The room was spotless and comfortable and quiet. It’s a 5 minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station, trams to the airport, and all mainline trains. Really can’t fault it and I would definitely stay again.

This place was in walking distance to a lot of the major things in the area. Lots of shopping and food around. Very very close to the train station with a 24h McDonald's around the corner if you needed it. There is a laundry place down the street also. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was good lots of options. We would stay here again!

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! I stayed in room 105 which had direct access to the terrace. It was simply incredible. The room was spacious and modern with a touch of traditional Italian vibes. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Especially the roasted tomatoes and homemade pastry. The hotel was a 3 min walk from Santa Maria Novella train station (the main station in Florence), 5 min walk from the Duomo (Santa Maria di Fiore), and 2 minute walk from the central market. I could not have pictured a better location. One of the best parts is all the hand painted elements in the hotel, were done by a local artist which has her studio two doors down from the hotel. It was amazing to go into her studio and see how she made the art on the walls in the hotel. I would not recommend this place enough! This is THE hotel to be at when in Florence. I can not wait to go back and stay at this hotel and explore more of this beautiful city.

Great staff!!

Awesome little place to stay - was perfect for our 2 night stay in Firenze. It is right next to the train station and close to all the areas of interest, but in a quiet and discreet little road. A robust complimentary breakfast and coffee every morning, room is clean, air conditioned and equipped with everything you could need, 24 hour secure front desk, and a nice ambiance. Worth it for the price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke English well. They had our room ready early which was much appreciated. Room was clean, nice breakfast with good selection. However hotel hallways and rooms are dated and stuffy. The AC which we had no control over would come on and off on its own and when it went off the room was stuffy and warm.

Lovely. Shower a bit small for some.

The air in the room was not working which made it very hard to get a good night sleep especially with a toddler. Every night we were waking in the middle of night sweating because the air just stopped which we couldn’t understand. We spoke to the front desk for them adjust the air but it would just stop working. We did not care too much for the air conditioner during the day since we were out exploring but after a long day, it would have been nice to get a good night sleep in nice comfortable cool room.

Loved the hotel & my room. The room was clean and welcoming. The staff were super friendly, very helpful & knowledgeable. Only negative was that there was no view from my windows but other than that no complaints.

We were glad we picked this hotel, it’s so convenient to the main attractions, a short walk from the Duomo, train stations and trams but hustle and bustle of restaurants is not far away. The hotel was clean tidy, roomy and had everything you needed including decent size towels and mini shampoo/ shower gels etc I would recommend and not hesitate to stay again. Breakfast was also good.

Excellent service, staff and location

A 10 minute walk from Florence main train station. And it is close to a lot of good restaurants. The place is well maintained and the smell of their hotel is so good. The breakfast is really good. Dont miss the mini pistachio croissant. The staff was very helpful and friendly. From calling us a taxi service, to actually getting a map to show us what and where to go around the city, it just feels like an old school warm and sincere hospitality which is very rare this days, specially from a hotel service.
