room was not ready and we was put in a room that had no towels

Unfortunately, due to refurbishment, pool facilities were not available but we could use Tower 2's (where my son lived) facilities. However, although the restaurant was being refurbished, the food offered for breakfast was cold, even though served in bain- maries. The meal served on Friday evening was well below the standard excepted with starters and mains arriving at the same time. My son is still sorting the cost. On a positive note the front of house staff were friendly and helpful, nothing being too much trouble. We will go again, but really hope that, after refurbishment, things will have improved.

Pool was under maintenance, but that information was not available during booking procedure. (reason of our booking to this hotel was its pool). Alternative pol was available - for that you needed to walk a few minute via the street.
We were travelled as whole family, but there was only one mug and one portion of coffee.

Rooms are aged and worn down. Sinks don’t drain properly and walls are stained. Fine for a night or two but don’t expect too much. Not the “four star” hotel experience that it is advertised to be. Think budget hotel. Breakfast quite good though.

Everything was fine in terms of price/performance, except for the smell of mold in the room. Unfortunately, many of the rooms have the smell of mold or moisture, and friends who have stayed in this hotel have confirmed this. Therefore be careful during long stays !!!

We first got a room which smelled like an ash tray even though the reception claimed it was a non-smoking room. Thankfully we were given another room which smelled better but the window outside was so dirty you could barely see ouside.
Furnitue needs to be replaced. Looks worn-out.
Service is terrible even though staff is friendly. Ibhad to ask 5 times for more towels as each room had only 1 large towel and there were 7 of us. Only after a few hours we were given additional 2 towels (and there were 7 of us).
Breakfast was very nice and rich. Lots of things to choose from. Very tasty.

We stayed in Novotel for 3 nights with half board package. The food was excellent with great service, we had a lady named shom maya in the restaurant she was very helpful and always with a big smile.Overall everything was really good in the hotel the pool, food, staff everything. I hope to visit again in future.

We went to visit amusement parks in Yas Island and chose Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan to Stay. We booked two double room, but them the hotel moved us to a suite in Adagio hotel. The suit was big enough and clean with all facilities.

Great location. Excellent buffet dinner and breakfast ( recommend half board) with endless selection of delicious food.
Valet parking worked great.
First room we received was on low floor on main road. Noisy and air conditioner did not work. When went to reception suddenly they had another room available on higher floor facing the back. That room had a toilet that did not flush so had to use the hose.
Both rooms had only one large towel so had to call for another.
The rooms are a good size. Bed comfortable.
