A friend and I were in Independence for a concert, so we chose this hotel because it was close to the venue. I'm so glad we stayed here! Not only was it very close to the venue, this was a really nice hotel. We really liked not having to waste money eating out since they provided a nice selection for our evening meal, and then they had a nice selection for breakfast the next morning. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. It was everything we could have asked for.

Excellent place to stay in KC. The staff were great the food was good as were the complimentary drinks. You could tell they were struggling a bit from being understaffed but they were handling with grace and did a good job. Hopefully the management and company will be able to add more staff.

Love staying here when in town for Royals games! Close to the stadium, easily accessible, excellent facility, and lovely staff. Great amenities, too, especially the afternoon social. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty! Look forward to our next stay!

This is a great hotel -- from the condition of the building and rooms to the lovely staff, this is such an inviting place! Our king room was very comfortable, especially the bed, with ample space to move around. Even tho we had a room that faced the interstate, the room was very quiet and we slept so well we missed breakfast! Planning to be back in just a couple of weeks for another stay.

When we checked in the lady was extremely rude, will not stay there again. The room had no trash liners and low on TP. Bright side of stay the Sunday morning kitchen cook was so very nice, and food was good!

Couldn't recommend this hotel more! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were all very nice. On top of that, the location is convenient--there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and Kansas City is only a fairly short drive away.

It was an awesome experience. We really enjoyed everything about the hotel. The bed, shower and indoor spa stood out as better than most. The free dinner and breakfast were surprisingly expansive and delicious. Thank you for making our trip to your hotel comfortable and easy.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but was tasty and fresh. I will definitely stay here again.

Tall building. Evenig snack was pleasant and adequate for traveling long distances. Breakfast was hearty and healthy for driving. Third time with the brand and was pleased with the consistency of facilityies and staff friendliness.

Great hotel with amazing staff. I just wish they changed up the breakfast, as it was the exact same food every day we were there for 3 nights. Also wish the hot tub was bigger and deeper. It seemed to be made more for kids than adults.

Well worth the price. Excellent service. Only thing they can improve on is the the pool and hot tub were very cloudy and not very appealing.

The room looked great and it was clean. The bed was way too soft. Neither one of us could sleep and our backs were killing us. One of the elevators was not working when we were leaving the next morning and everyone had the big carts taking up most of the room on the elevator. We ended up going down the stairs and we were on the fifth floor. That wasn’t very easy with our stuff.

First time at a Drury Inn. In town for a funeral. Chose this hotel because of location. The staff was very nice. Free munchies and drinks every evening is a nice touch you don't get at many places.
Only downside to this particular hotel was only one elevator was working, so was always a long wait.
Will definitely look for this brand for future travel

The room was clean. Bed I was comfortable . Towels could be better. The best feature at this hotel was free nice breakfast and free nice afternoon snacks/meals. If you have big family with lots of kids, I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s way worth it!! Kid friendly environment. We will stay there again!
