Wont be going back, have to be one of the mosr average places i stayed and i travel across the country.
First let down was the photos and the room were 2 different things, then just small things eg open shower which soaks whole floor and no fan, only 1 towel, bits on the floor, no couch as per picture, really loud from noise upstairs- people crashing plus a droning noise, no light switch near bed and lamp only on one side.
Probably boils down to you get what you pay for but shouldnt be advtised as better than it is.
Comfy bed tho and heat pump.

Met our needs. Glad we had a ground floor unit as stairs didn’t look great for an 84 year old.
The surrounding area was not that great but we were only there for the night so happy to have a clean and comfortable unit.

We booked a king bed lake view room. The room was spacious and tidy, with a small kitchenette. The room was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The view was amazing, we could open the curtains and watch the word go by while having our morning coffee. I would happily book and stay again.
Just a couple of suggestions - there was only 1 bedside table so I had to put all my things on the ground by the bed. A second bedside table would’ve been handy. There is a window in the kitchen that doesn’t have a blind. While it was ok for us as the sun is rising later due to it being winter and we needed to be up early, I can imagine the room gets very bright in summer.

The photos of the property did not match the actual room. The whole room needs a makeover, power points not working, heaters, electric blankets not working. Microwave not cleaned out had previous peoples food left in there. Shower soaps empty. Dirty linen on sofa bed, sofa bed was so uncomfortable can feel the springs. The price was not worth it.

The photos of the rooms looked great but our room wasn’t clean especially the spa bath. The sink was so tiny in the bathroom. Curtain rail kept falling off the wall too.

Room was great however it did have a little bit of a weird smell but we opened the room up and within an hour or two it was gone. 9/10 would recommend to family/friends and anyone that asks

The Manager at the Motel was very helpful. A great representative for the business. Our room was very clean, including noting the linen was very clean too. It is undergoing an uodate at the moment, so can only improve.

This Inn is right next to a Pub, our room was right beside the Pub's Kitchen, so was not happy with my room allocation. Could hear people in the Kitchen and the Pub until it closed, then could hear staff leaving. Think we got the worst room at the Inn!

Good position across road from Lake, Parking is good, short flat walk to restaurants and town. Good communication before checking in, A restaurant/bar on site seems really busy so there if u need it, Room was clean and spacious i had a Spa Bath room, bath was great, shower had good water pressure. Only down point was thr blanket in bed (outside of bed) that needed to be cleaned, But apart from that great stay, lovely helpful reception lady.

This is a nice place to spend a few days. We are in a lake view room and it was lovely. The staff was kind and answering our quest and even came to help when we couldn’t figure out the heating. The kitchenette is well equipped and the beds were quite nice. You can walk around the lake or into town anytime with the convenient location. Would be happy to stay again.

Stayed here for 1 night, with family. Overall, this is a pretty good motel to stay. It is located right at the lake, with the main shopping/dining area at a walkable distance.
The rooms are reasonably furnished. Amenities as you would expect at a motel.
Just something to note: The heating was through a single Air-con/heater. (i.e. no room heating). Although the bed had in-built heating, the room was a bit cold - even in the autumn weather of May!

Our family checked in after hours and the staff were really accommodating, making sure that the room was available and warm upon our arrival.
The room was incredibly clean and it was great that the TV came with netflix and other apps which was perfect for kids.

Good position with a 10 minute walk along the lakefront to the shops. The restaurant in front of the motel ("Jolly Good Fellows") is very good - I had lambs fry and bacon and my wife had chowder, both of which were excellent and generous. The motel is of an older style refurbished. We had room 808 which looked out over the lake and was set up with accessibility features. The bathroom was therefore spacious but the lounge/kitchen/bedroom was a bit cramped. The second bedroom was useful for luggage storage.

We were able to check in early and the room was great. Well appointed and clean. The parking is tight but not terrible. The restaurant next door is a bonus and well worth a visit.
