the toilet sink stucked. the bed was not made at all. towel not changed. was unhygienic. a bit dark n dirty carpet.

There was no electric kettle in room number 206. It was a family room but no electric kettle.
The water heater was not functioning well. The hot water was on and off. At 1 point there was only cold water. Having a child and senior citizen were very uncomfortable.
Kindly check the facilities in future before gursts checked in...

The hotel is just walking distance to many interesting places for sightseeing or for food! The staffs are friendly and helpful. It's clean and the rate was amazing!

Hotel room was not very clean; the carpet looked like it had not been recently vacuumed (lots of other people’s hair) and had stains on it. The mattress was older and sagged towards the middle. The people at reception were not that friendly and although I had ordered a taxi the previous evening before departure, it was not there. Check-out took 10 minutes. I would not recommend this hitel.

Went for a site visit nearby and booked the hotel just for the sake of the distance. However, the bonus was, the hotel was great, friendly staff offered a bigger room just because i brought my 1-year-old daughter along. Very convenient. The private parking is also something to be applauded. Only thing was, the refrigerator didnt work so well. wasnt cold enough to keep my daughters food.

Hotel location is in the city, 15mins away from jonker walk. However, room condition is poor and has bad odor.

when checking in didn't gave us the best room available, need to change room when we found out that it was the last room right at the of the corridor. don't be late for breakfast, no refill of food even after highlighting to them that the tray was empty. in the end has to go out and buy our own breakfast. this is not about the breakfast, it is about the attitude and service.

The bathroom was so smelly and the bed sheet had stains. As shown in the picture the bathroom from the picture and in reality is not the same. There was strong urine smell in the bathroom as if somebody urinated on the door

good shower head, room condition good, air-con working well, near Jonker Street. Opposite the hotel, has delicious food with good price. Breakfast to me is good. Only Wifi unable to connect and Refrigerator not working. Service counter staff has friendly smile.

Easy access to most places like Madam King, Matahari parade, Jonker walk, Newton food centre, all reachable by walking, no taxi needed(no meter). Hotel breakfast just average. Wifi signal at corner room very unstable & weak. TV no CNA news. Having signal problem under repair.

Hotel is in the middle of town so getting anywhere is easy either by walking or grabbing a cab. The rooms and comfort is more than enough for the asking rate if you're coming and only needing a place to get a good shower and good night's rest. The breakfast however is sorely lacking in both variety and taste. But again, at that price, can't ask for much. Besides, this is Malacca. Cheap and tasty food are abundant. Walk and dig in!
