The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way!

New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying !
We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel.

Room 1 was full of dust. Patting the quilt made the dust floating and causing a cough.
Room 2 in addition to dust had hair in the shower and in bed.
Obviously there is the problem with cleanliness. I don’t recommend the place.
Checking in the lady was very pleasant but checking out very incompetent.
Breakfast was nice and a lot of choices but it took a lot of time for the staff to clean the tables.

Good location. Brakfast was simple not fresh and it was deeply disappointing. It was Easter Monday morning.

Great hotel, walking distance to the beach and promenades. Great shops and restaurants around. Hotel offers great breakfasts. Great place for couples or families with children. Strongly recommended.

Nice hotel, big room with space for the whole family. English speaking staff. Free parking just outside the entrance. Only downside was that it was a bit far from the beach and the restaurants when you have to kids (1 and 4 years old).

Good hotel 1 km from the beach. Tidy. Good beds. Free parking in the neighborhood. Very good breakfast was included. Buffet dinner was not included but we tried that one afternoon, but it was not so good as expected. We have heared that there have been some car burgling in Poland so we took everything up to the room. Staff is a bit tired/bored but it worked out.

Perfect for our one night stay. Delicious breakfast, comfy beds and even a small gym for the morning routine :)
Only thing to notice if you come from ferry you have to take the small ferry to Swinoujscie town! When we went from hotell they didn't let us onboard due to foreign car plates, so we had to take the other ferry from karsibor 7 km away.

This day was for only one night. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful kind gracious people. I thank you. I hadn't had any sleep for over 40 hours. It was what I needed to get the rest I needed. Thank you so very much

Three night stay on the German border ... with over a km of markets setup for the Germans. Hotel was comfortable and breakfasts were good.

This hotel is conveniently located directly on the main road coming from Usedom, just over the border. It is easy to explore the whole island from it, by bike or car.The room was modern, comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated. Top marks for the breakfast buffet and free parking directly in front of the hotel and welcoming front desk personnel. A line of small souvenir shops selling leather goods, etc, begins at the hotel and stretches all the way back to the German border. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach promenade with numerous shops and some good Polish restaurants.

Side trip to meet up with an old friend. Hotel location was great. Room size was smaller than expected creating a tight situation. Breakfast was good. Would recommend.
