Was staying for business and a number of appointments was in walking distance. Those that I had to drive to was within easy reachable distance so very central location.

Our stay was very brief but I found the car parking in the building super easy and appreciated the oven, bigger than usual fridge, heat pump and washing machine/dryer (not that we used them). Will stay again

Enjoyed my stay really good having laundry facilities. Room was clean and warm when I entered on arrival. Nice and quiet and dark for a great sleep. Highly recommend.

Good location, tidy. Had a terrible night sleep with loud music being played all night till 6am from either neighbouring room or floor above. I’ve stayed at many Quests, and this has been the worst one yet. Not staying here again.

Property a bit old and tired. Paint fumes a bit much, oil based. Level 3 signs from elevator exit on second floor hard to find.

Very run down hotel. The rooms are not what is seen from the photos. We booked a one bedroom apartment and it didn’t look like anything from the photos. It was shabby and run down. It was a very small space the walls were all sliding doors which made the whole room seem very poor and shabby. Communication was alright. But overall experience was very underwhelming.

Stairs to get to 3rd floor, lift only goes to second floor. parking on street unless pre-booked. Not all rooms have oven. Freezer in fridge didnt work.

Choose this property as I have stayed at many Quest properties and have found the standard high.
Unfortunately this was not the case at this property
We were there for 3 nights over New Years we did not get our room serviced at all and had to call several times on the third day for new towels and was made to feel a nuisance I would not stay here again .

The rooms are lovely and modern, you have everything you need in there. The only downside is the noise. I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. A hotel based on the main street in Hamilton on the two busiest nights with older style wooden windows was a struggle to get to sleep.
Beautiful beds, very high quality room and great location for easy access to the centre of town and restaurants.

Great value for money and a clean, tidy property in Hamilton. The kitchenette in the Studio was super helpful (microwave included) and our room was nice and spacious.
Walking distance to Centre Place shopping mall area where there are plenty of dining options and shops.
Parking is either via the Quest’s stacker system but we just used the street parking which is free overnight. There is a Wilson’s carpark right across the road too if you really can’t find a street park.
Would definitely stay again.

A great spot right in the middle of Hamilton. A short walk or bus ride away from Hamilton Gardens and Hamilton lake. Approx, a 15 min walk to FMG Stadium for anyone who is going to catch a rugby game and an even shorter walk to Seddon park for anyone who likes to watch cricket. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby too.

The Apartment was a great size, well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Great to have a washing machine/dryer option. Loved the NZ Botanicals shower products. Bonus with a Columbus Cafe right underneath. Countdown is an 8 minute walk away. The Wilson Carpark across the road made parking easy. Note you can park on the road free between 8pm to 8am.

We stayed at the Quest Hamilton in mid-February on the day we arrived in NZ and again in March on our last day (flying Auckland). Think it's our fifth visit. Apartments are always tidy, always quiet. Travel with an adult son so usually get a one bedroom w/extra bed in livingroom..also stayed in a two bedroom. Some restaurants and a mall nearby. Columbus Coffee next door. FYI the two bedroom apartment we were in was on the third floor, the elevator stops on the second floor and you must walk up a flight of stairs carrying your luggage. Just mentioning in case someone wants to book, but can't do stairs. Also, we've parked on the street before w/o an issue at a parking meter. There is a paid parking across the street.
