Staff was great very professional and friendly. The pool and the hot tub were open and working. I will stay here again when I visit!

Booked these rooms last minute for a family trip to a concert at Arrowhead. Location was great, we ended up being 20 minutes from everything we did that weekend (arrowhead, worlds of fun, legends outlets, zoo). We checked in very late at night and the staff was still very friendly and helpful, each person we interacted with was kind, helpful and showed pride in their job. The facility was clean, rooms were great, quiet for the most part, did hear some early morning kids but we are parents too so not bothersome. Loved having a coffee shop in the lobby, and enjoyed that coffee in the sun on the lobby patio! Overall really pleased with our stay.

Area was beautiful. The outside of the building needed painting. When we unfolded the sofa couch is was not clean so we didn’t use it. The pool area needed to be cleaned and the floor was VERY slick. The staff was absolutely fantastic.

Nice, clean, modern styled Marriot to stop at while traveling, very close to the Casino as well.

Very clean & spacious rooms & not busy. Hot tub was closed down for some reason. Parking lot needs repaired. Could hear everything above us/ thin ceilings. Easy check in.

The room was very nice, clean, quite and comfortable. I felt safe and slept good. Very well kept up.

Good short stay

This hotel has been a go to for me and my family. We travel for work, pleasure, basketball tournaments. The rooms are clean and the area is safe.

I enjoyed my stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing. When I got to my room there was a used toilet paper roll that was almost empty instead of a new fresh one but everything else was great.

Clean your windows in the pool area. Would of loved to take pictures.

Close to AP

We came down for my Dad’s funeral. Everyone was very nice they allowed me to check in early. The little restaurant/ bar area down stairs was very nice delicious breakfast options and they had a Starbucks. The sweet girl working the register the days I went down was very nice and easy to talk too. Overall it was an excellent stay. Will definitely recommend to others and would definitely book again.

Rachel did an excellent at the front desk and check in. No cook on duty was a disappointment.

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Fix the concrete ramp! Couldn't imagine hitting that in a car.

I loved sitting outside at the fire pit. It was so peaceful. I could also hear the fountain. Now I want one at home!

The hotel was great, the staff was friendly and location was just what we were looking for. Parking was difficult due to the prom that was taking place at the hotel, that we didn't know about, but once that was over all was good.

My only complaint is that it was too easy to hear the people above our room! They were walking around all hours of the night.. I should t be able to hear them through the walls just walking… it woke me up multiple times, so the sound proofing is not great for the price. Otherwise, it was nice and clean and friendly staff

We choose this hotel because if the hot tub/pool and the overall appearance. It is rundown and in the middle of nowhere. My family checked in and headed to the pool. The pool water was so cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom and cold. My kids who will swim just about anywhere wouldn’t even get in. The hot tub was roped off and said closed due to resurfacing of the walls. We went back to the room and I called the front desk. They said the hot tub should be open sometime that day or the next. Went by later when heading out and it was open but the water was freezing. The next morning the hot tub was empty and the pool was still cloudy and cold. I had read comments about there being ants but figured since it’s March that shouldn’t be a problem. There was mold and ants all over the pool area. The entire hotel is dated. Wish I would have spent my money elsewhere or stayed somewhere cheaper without a pool since we couldn’t use this one. Walls are thin and we could hear a baby crying over the TV.

Great for our 1 night stay. Kids loved the pool. Hot tub was nice. Only complaint kids running in the halls after 9:30 PM

Great Place to Stay!

Easy check in. The only downfall was somebody hit the emergency stop on the hot tub so it took well over an hour to heat back up, but someone was there immediately to look at it. Bed were very comfortable and the breakfasy was very good. We had a wonderful girls trip!

The only issue I had was my room being near the storage closet for the employees. Loud noises early in the morning and late in the evening. Woke up to sounds like water pouring into my room at 6 am! I liked everything else besides that! Will stay there again!
