In decades of travel, this is bar none the most beautiful and comfortable hotel I've stayed in. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were simply outstanding, the room exquisitely beautiful, and the hotel itself breathtaking.

Checking in and out was a breeze, the two ladies were the best. Aunty at breakfast was really friendly. The whole place is really nice, the trees outside the window were so wonderful to look at. A minor downside was the drainage in the bathroom, it got flooded mid way through shower. Had to turn off the water and let it drain before continuing.

Great hotel in a central location for all Singapore attractions. Get to reception early to book bikes as they can go quickly and are non reservable

We were super excited to be having our staycation in this beautiful hotel! We first saw it first years ago & when we were back in Singapore, we knew we had to stay at ParkRoyal @ Pickering this time! The staff was very friendly/informative during our check-in & we got a great view of the CBD area/ChinaTown on the far side. The room had high ceilings & the light wood furnishing makes the room feel larger. Our king bed was HUGE & it was SO comfy, enveloped by cloud-like comforter/pillows. It was our first stay so drinks in the fridge was free. The coffee from TWG was top notch! We love the ledge we could sit on next to the huge windows overlooking the scenery & the double window blinds were amazing; one for allowing some light & the other for blocking light. Lots of mirrors to make the room big as well. The shower was pretty with the dark green tiles & I wish I could have the sink for my house & there's a separate faucet for drinking water. The door that divides the toilet is a nice touch for privacy without having to close the large sliding doors. We also walked around the hotel to enjoy the greenery and architecture. Though we did not use the swimming pool or gym, we enjoyed walking around & looking at the different named plants in the path that snakes around the pool & sitting area. We also viewed the back of a "waterfall"! It was breathtaking to look up & be amazed by the curved layered floors above us, with greenery in-between. I would highly recommended this hotel!!
