Staff are very friendly and always have smile on their faces...highly recommended and we be back again...but i hope if a long stay offered us to change sheets or clean the room..thank you

First room given to us had a big roach greeting us when we opened the toilet door. That alone was already enough to make hubby want to pack up and move to another hotel but instead i requested for a room change thinkin maybe it's not all that bad. We were upgraded to a premier room on the 2nd level. Big spacious room. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing about it. The aircon was dripping, rainshower head was rusty, bed mattress was so hard, the sink's drain within the room have a bad cockroach smell emanating from it and the tv counter top have ants crawling all over. Location was the only good thing of this hotel as it is right inside dmall. Plenty of food choices around the area and shopping too.

Super friendly staff. The place is perfect. We stay here every time we visit boracay. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank u see you again

Small lizard on wall of room. Mold growing on shower head on ceiling. Handle to turn on shower screwed off. Smell of hotel mildewy.

The hotel is modern. They provided toiletries and even when we asked for resupplies. Staff were nice and helpful. The moment we came to the room it was warm. Well, they should have at least turn the aircon on when they have guests coming but they did not. We had to call the receptionist and we have to give extra 200 pesos for extra key to be left in the room so the aircon will stay on. That 200 pesos will be given back on the time of departure which is good. Their breakfast was plated. Wish they have dried fish and pancit bihon in their breakfast. We surely be back in this hotel.

Great hotel right smack in the middle of the D’Mall. Fabulous facilities and location. All day menu. Awesome rooftop pool with evening buffet dinner and live music. Very helpful and professional staff. 2 minutes walk to the beach and Surrounded by a hundreds of restaurants, clothing shops, ice cream parlours and bars. 3 minutes walk to the main road for a E-tricycle or other transport. Reasonable price. Highly recommend and Would definitely stay here again

Great new hotel right in Dmall in Station 2. 2 minute walk to beach. Friendly staff. Rooms clean but a bit of sand left on floor sometimes. Being close to beach has some disadvantages! Overall a nice stay for a week.

It is the only Hotel inside the D’Mall, near the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shopping stores.

I was only on the island for two days. The Tides was clean and accessible, easy to find and very close to the beach. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was simple but also very good. Few hotels in the area have a fitness room and also a pool. Lots of food places all around. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying on the island.

Great location! Nice and professional staff. but little inconvenience with the cleanliness.

Overall, a great place to stay. I however would not recommend it to the light sleeper because in our room on the first floor, you could here the movement of probably chairs or stuff done inside the bathrooms of the other rooms. Friendly staff, great location and clean rooms make up for the small inconvenience. Will stay again

Friendly staff but service is very slow. Place not well kept. Rooms are small. Had problem with door not locking, difficult regulating hot and cold shower temperature. Flies and ants in the room. Dining room is on the third floor. No elevator. Hallway smells smoke. People smoking everywhere.

Good location in D mall seconds from beach....not the nicest part of white beach but near all restaurants and bars....very friendly staff....breakfast OK....room 113 could do with a touch up....especially the horrible green paint!...rooftop bar and pool a disappointment...

Location is great. Right at D Mall Station 2 with the rooms facing away from the main pedestrian walk, hence is relatively quiet. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Bed is abit hard and uncomfortable though. Service is great, complimentary beach towels and cocktails at the bar is provided. Airport pick-up can be arranged for PHP1500 one way, but their response in booking was a bit slow so you would have to make arrangements early. Recommended​ for the price.

The bed sheet isn't clean, housekeeping didn't offer us shower gel n shampoo unless we call them.
