Basic but adequate for tourists who just need a place to sleep. Centrally located and close to restaurant , tourist spots and shopping.

Easy access to food and restaurant. Unpleasant stay due to hotel family room was not as expected. Aircon not functioning as room feel humid even temp was at 18c. Hot shower only available after we inform the frontdesk to rectify the issue.

Room size is ok, bath room is good, our room 106 air condition is not too cool, breakfast is good. But this hotel guests are not have special parking area like other hotel they have in that building. The area of this hotel is very nice, you can walk around the old town heritage with so many history buildings around! Also they have so many restaurants nearby and also mall.

The hotel is in a centre place and near to the railway station. The staff are very good and polite. Overall a value for money stay.

The location is excellent, in the midst of t nightlife centre. However, this hotel is within a shopping mall. The rooms are partitioned boxes with no windows - just a glass panel looking into t passageway. Air is stale, room is stuffy.

This place located in the centre of shopping place and also food paradise.

Helpful staff. Happy to provide Breakfast boxes for 5am departures to climb the volcanoes. Walking distance to restaurants and parks.

Rooms have windows to the corridor. Which means that the rooms are very noisy, as you hear all the noise and talking from people passing on the corridor. Also the floor of the room was very dirty. Therefore I would not stay there again, although the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed with my big family of 7 people (6 adults & 1 little kid). Booked 3 rooms. Unfortunately in the bathroom of the room I used exudes this smell.This hotel did not have elevator, though only 2 floors but it could be troublesome for the elderly just like my mom (I didnt take the absence of elevator into account).Everything else is fine, its value for money. The cheapest hotel with a good comfortable bed in prime location.But I wont recommend this hotel if youre planning to stay more than 2 nights, not enough space for large suitcases.Personally I will always consider this hotel first if I planned to go to Bandung again with my family.

Great Staff, Good Service. The rooms only have a widow to the corridor so cannot open the windows. The rooms are small and without any view to outside. There is also no Lift

My friend and I manage to go to Pasar Baru around 15 minutes from this hotel by walk. Not difficult to get the cab and trishaw also to go to shopping complex. The staff are very kind and so friendly. The foods are delicious too!

The first thing that attract my attention: color of furnitures - they are so sweet in pink :) Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Assisted us with the XL sim card and provided us with the map and direction to places since we did not engaged for any ground arrangement. Food for breakfast was OK - porridge, rice (nasi kuning & nasi uduk) and bread. coffee and tea provided for breakfast taste a bit different but we can opt to add few Rp for cappucino :) Hotel room OK - clean and tidy. Tooth brush n tooth paste provided but no cotton bud. Overall - faciliities and services are OK with what I paid. Berbaloii. Whenever you took cab, be prepared to pay extra from what is stated at the meter. They have 'minimum rate' which is around Rp20k. Better to ask 1st. Overall, from Fave to FOS At Jln Riau and Setiabudi we paid around Rp30-40k.

Overall the condition was good Except a few things.. 1. Staff at counter : i already book 3 rooms if possible nearby each other But, during check in, the staff just ask me to wait without informed me the room were not ready...until we need to ask twice.. When i came back in evening, the rooms they gave was far away each other..without any explanation to me 2. Rooms were leaking at aircond, not sure where the source..since it the last night..i just ignore it Otherwise..others were fine to me

The location is walking distance to pasar baru. The bathroom has this weird smells which is not nice and the room don't have window. The towels not changed during clean the room. The floor very dirty. They staff is very lazy, not friendly, not sensitive, forgetful and not systematic work. During check out, staff say we have to pay while we already pay through expedia. After this, we approached frontdesk receptionist to book the taxi. They asked us to wait about 30 minutes. After 59 min waiting in the lobby, we approached the frontdesk and they said the taxi not arrived yet and most disappointing, staff not inform to us and they just don't know until we ask, we had to leave the hotel with lots of bags. Overall, hotel service is very bad and disappointing, not good breakfast and dining room dirty.

I stayed for 3 nights. Upon check-in I was dissapointed to see that the room is too small for me and hubby. I overlooked on the room size when I booked online. However I managed to upgrade to executive and of course top up on the room rates. Room is very comfortable and clean. Service was great especially with free wifi access to room. Another dissapointment, breakfast was below expectation. Menu was too simple. 2 types of fruits, coffee & tea, orange juice. Bread with jam and butter, porridge with condiments, rice with 2 types of dish. I hope the hotel management can review the menu for breakfast.
