An absolutely stunning resort. The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. We lined the cold and hot springs and the variety of pools for use.

I like the in-room hot spring and SPA. They also have very friendly and nice staff. I would have enjoyed the time more if the food in the restaurant could have been better!

昨年宿泊し設備やサービスが良く気に入ったので台湾コロナ禍明けで泊まりに行きました。全体としてはリラックスして過ごせたのですが、コロナ対策に気を取られてか以前良かったサービス無くなっていたり有料になったりしていました。もっとホームページなどで案内して欲しいです。
1 送迎 直行バスが減便のため羅東駅前まで往復送迎をお願いしました。これは時間も適切で車も快適なので良かったです。
2 リゾート用ビーチサンダル
前回まではお部屋に無料で配置されていて、ホームページにも特に注釈が無かったので持参せずに行ったらなんと有料販売に。大したお金では無いもののがっかりした旨を伝えたら結果提供してくれましたが、最初から込みにしてくれた方が良いと思いました。
3 プールサイド
以前は先着順で使えたソファー席が1000元と有料に。遊泳プール以外はソーシャルディスタンスを保ってもマスク必須です。
4 朝食
洋食とお粥は美味しいですが、チキン麺は麺と鶏肉の味がほとんど無くクオリティにギャップがありました。
5 VIPアクセス
フロントで認識されず、ホームページの説明を見せてようやく確認作業に入ったのでチェックインがややもたついたのが惜しいです。
せっかく素晴らしい施設を持っているので、今後の改善に期待します。

隔音效果非常差，周遭住的人非常的吵小孩子在走道跑來跑去到十一點多鐘，喝醉酒的人一點多鐘還在外面大吵大鬧！

Please do check in as early as possible. This hotel possesses extremely polite and kind staff. There are one indoor and one outdoor swimming pools, as well as five spa pools. There are also two small spa pools in room bath if you prefer more privacy. The breakfast is in set-meal pattern, but with four selections on the entree; the meal is delicate and delicious. The room is spacious, quiet, and clean.

Air con was poor, too hot in the evening, couldn't turn it higher. Food was poor quality, they close the main restaurant due to a main function and only serve food in the bar with small selection. Even breakfast was poor, I asked for earl grey tea which they'd never heard of. Nothing around the neighbourhood to do. But the hot spring is very nice.

The location in Suao is literally the end of several train lines. The RSL hotel within walking distance from the station -- although they offer shuttle service -- is a bit remote, with little to do in the small town but walk down to the harbor and enjoy the quiet scenery. However RSL is most certainly a destination-hotel. The public swimming pool-sized outdoor and indoor pools range in temperature from ice cold to steaming hot, and many offer jet features that massage. The in-room cold and hot tubs are spacious enough for two, going quite deep so you can sit and enjoy the water. The rooms are about the average size of a Western hotel room, except about a third of the room was occupied by the tubs. The bed and bedding was luxuriously soft, and may be too cushiony for some. But given Taiwanese hotels propensity for rock hard mattresses, this was welcome. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, if a little odd. It was in courses, with fruit and a bread basket and then a main course consisting of a nicely done hamburger. We did not try dinner at the hotel, but the harbor seafood restaurants were quite good.

The restaurant is closed at dinner hours during our stay, it was a bit disappointed that we had not have a chance to try out their cuisine.

This hotel provide every thing you need when you taking a baby! We feel so sweet. We will recommend this hotel for family travel! However, the breakfast quality is not good enough to matching its high price. In contrast, lots of famous and excellent seafood restaurant near the hotel. It's really cheaper that other major city in Taiwan. You must try it.

Staf was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was simple but taste of food and quality was goo. The only draw back is the moss growing inside the outdoor hot spring pool at ground level,it definitely need a good scrub. The indoor hot spring was even worse as I can even see the debrits swimming inside.

Extremely attentive staffs. Great facility, great landscape, comfortable and clean room. Will definitely visit again.
